Located in Orange Beach, Alabama, just one mile west of the Florida-Alabama border, Caribe offers distinct waterfront views and immediate access to the area’s boating, fishing (on shore and deep sea), shopping, and dining attractions.
Located on the Penthouse Floor of Building D, our unique and professionally decorated Unit PH3-D, features a king bed in the oversized master suite, a queen bed in the ample second bedroom with full bath, another queen bed in the third bedroom with full bath and a comfy sofa sleeper in the living room. Our luxury vacation residence offers 9 foot ceilings; 20-inch porcelain tile flooring; a gourmet kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops set in European-style cabinetry; and a Jacuzzi brand master bath suite which features a full body shower and jetted tub.
You can also enjoy floor to ceiling views of Perdido Bay, Perdido Pass and Caribe's world class marina from our oversized, curvilinear, tiled balconies. Other unique unit features include a wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker, a full-sized washer/dryer, free high-speed Internet access, and over-sized walk-in closets in the master bedroom.
Certainly, Caribe's amenities are world class. The kids will love the water slides at the two outdoor pools and everyone will enjoy floating on the "Lazy River." Multiple indoor pools, hot tubs, a dry sauna, a wet steam room, numerous fitness centers, tennis courts, and a 10,000 square foot golf putting green are just a short elevator ride away. In addition, on-site game rooms, a deli, and snack bar are now open for your pleasure. Our family stayed here in early August, 2007, and it was simply amazing. As soon as we entered the condo, we were stunned by the very large rooms and their upscale decor. Like the condo, the resort as a whole was very clean. The hallways were always quiet, the lazy river was a dream, and the numerous pools were all large enough that they never seemed crowded. Everything from the blazing sunsets to our assigned parking space (just outside the elevators) was perfect. The best part was when I received a standing ovation from my kids (ages 1-20) for "discovering" such an outstanding vacation spot! We absolutely plan on returning! Thank you, Laura!!

Wonderful penthouse condo. We liked this building the best of the three because it has the lazy river and also very large pool. Would definitely stay again!
