                      About the owner: My name is Rob Erickson; I am a commercial real estate broker in Los Angeles living on the West side with my wife Melissa and two young children Max and Teddy. We continue to enjoy our place in Manhattan Beach as an incredible escape from the hustle and bustle of LA.

                      Why the Owner Chose Manhattan Beach:
                      Our place in Manhattan Beach was my first house post Arizona State University. A number of friends from college had gone on and on about how great Manhattan Beach was and after my first visit I was a believer. I spent my first eight years after college in MB and feel very fortunate to be able to visit on a monthly basis.

                      Enjoying a day at the beach, riding bikes along the ocean followed by an ocean view sunset BBQ on the balcony is hard to beat. Manhattan Beach has a great selection of fine and casual dinning for all tastes and plenty of fun places to visit after dinner.
