Why the Owner Chose Manhattan Beach

Our place in Manhattan Beach was my first house post Arizona State University. A number of friends from college had gone on and on about how great Manhattan Beach was and after my first visit I was a believer. I spent my first eight years after college in MB and feel very fortunate to be able to visit on a monthly basis.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment

Enjoying a day at the beach, riding bikes along the ocean followed by an ocean view sunset BBQ on the balcony is hard to beat. Manhattan Beach has a great selection of fine and casual dinning for all tastes and plenty of fun places to visit after dinner.

My son, daughter, and 2 friends went to Manhattan Beach to celebrate my son's birthday. They had a great time. They especially raved about the retractable roof and the video/stereo setup at the house. Robert was excellent to work with on setting up the arrangements. The kids said the neighborhood was quiet. They drove to places for more "action" then returned to the house to unwind. I hope my husband and I can get there sometime. Robert, thanks for everything!

Perfect getaway

Great place to stay! Very close to local restraunts and to the beach. The sand chairs and cooler that were there for us to use were such a bonus! The parking space was a little tight, but as long as you have a smaller car you won't have any problems parking there. The place was clean, and the retractable roof was very cool. The owner was professional, easy to get ahold of and prompt with returning the damage deposit.I would definately stay here again!

You Won't be Disappointed!

El Porto is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.You are close enough to the ocean to hear the waves and watch the surfers, yet have the peace and quiet of a side street. I have been visiting as much as I can over the past two years, and each stay gets better! In addiiton to vacationing - consider staying here on your next business trip to the LA area. SO much better than another hotel stay. Location is terrific and this unit comes with the best of everything! Add a couple more days to your trip - I can guarantee you won't want to leave!

Perfect Experience

I rented this property for my parent's visit to LA from Ohio. They were delighted with how nice it was, and how well furnished and equipped. Their rental car had a tidy place in the garage, and the beach was just steps away. I really hope that I have the opportunity to rent this place again in the future! The property manager was also very responsive and helpful during the entire stay!

We have been renting in Manhattan Beach/El Porto for over ten years and this apt is our favorite, everything about it is just wonderful. It is located on a quite side street less than a block from the beach. Which is really important when all the kids want to do is get to the sand ASAP. The Apt is really well equipped, with a full size kitchen and dining room table. The bedrooms are a great size and having two full bathrooms is a huge plus. The out door spaces are fantastic, there is nothing like watching the sunset or the surfers in the morning from the comfort of your own private balcony. Robert has always been great to work with, and we can't recommend this apt highly enough 10 out of 10. We have loved every minute of our many stays here. Looking forward to many more.

Rob, I will definitely recommend your place to friends visiting LA. Highlights of your digs: location and All Clad cookware. I love to cook, so having decent cookware gave me a lift in spirits after a long day. Cheers, Jennifer

Robert, Thanks again! We really enjoyed your place and all the unique things about it. The movable skylight was really cool. Everything being fully furnished and comfortable. The unique, modern/French vibe and decor which we love. And being that close to the ocean, being able to use the chairs and bikes, and watching the Laker's games :) And btw, the New Orleans cajun restaurant was awesome. Just wanted you to know it was appreciated. Greg T
