My name is Rob Erickson; I am commercial real estate broker in Los Angeles living on the West side with my wife Melissa and two young children Max and Teddy. We continue to enjoy our place in Manhattan Beach as an easy escape from the hustle and bustle of LA.
Why the Owner Chose Manhattan Beach
Our place in Manhattan Beach was my first house post Arizona State University. A number of friends from college had gone on and on about how great Manhattan Beach was and after my first visit I was a believer. I spent my first eight years after college in MB and feel very fortunate to be able to visit on a monthly basis.

Walking to the beach is my favorite aspect of the unit location. Whether you’re looking for surfing or fine dining MB has it all.

Robert, Thanks again! We really enjoyed your place and all the unique things about it. The movable skylight was really cool. Everything being fully furnished and comfortable. The unique, modern/French vibe and decor which we love. And being that close to the ocean, being able to use the chairs and bikes, and watching the Laker's games :) And btw, the New Orleans cajun restaurant was awesome. Just wanted you to know it was appreciated. Greg T
