Our docks were replaced a few years ago and are perfect for fishing, boats , wave runners, kayaks, or just morning coffee ! Rentals & boat launch are just down the road. Enjoy fabuluous sunsets from our private beach.
Sarasota is well known for it's art, museums, & theater. It's home to the Ringling Museum, Ca D'Zan mansion, Mote Aquarium, Jungle Gardens, red barn flea market, and dog track. Why the Owner Chose Bay Tree Club
Siesta/ sarasota has proven to be a very warm & friendly place to vacation, and probably , eventually retire to w/ it's many amenities and incredible vistas ! we've vacationed on both coasts, and have found this area to have the most to offer, in a safe, serene setting.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The breathtaking water views from our unit, and, the convenience of the1st floor are what attracted us to this property. in addition to being one of the few bay to beach complexes, it's surrounded by mature green spaces, towering trees, and has much less traffic than many other areas. it also has easy access on & off the island via stickney pt bridge. we have restaurants, tiki huts, drug store, post office, marinas, shops, supermarket, liquor store & beauty salons and boat launch just down the road !

My Family has stayed her several times and it is truly an amazing experience. It is very serene with breathtaking views. The owner is always helpful and accommadating. There are so many things to do within walking distance. Great place to dine and have drinks at Turtle's Restaurant. People are very friendly and the pool is very relaxing. The lanai is facing the bay and is a great place to have morning coffee or sit in the evening for cocktails. We had wonderful visits at this great location condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Have a wonderful time.

Our relaxing week at this fine condo was outstanding: with the dockside waterfront just steps from the enclosed tropical lanai and the pool a few steps beyone we couldn't have asked for a more convenient set-up for a much needed get-away. The beach (and 2nd pool) complete the package! The unit has EVERYTHING you need to kick back in fine style, comfort and convenience. The owner was ultra-helpful in suggesting the myriad of dining, attraction and activity options. Siesta Key offers a very special - quiet seclusion - if that is what you are seeking - with the fun of water sports, fabulous museums & theater venues, and a host of fine dining/ beach pub/ or night life fun just close enough! For those who enjoy a jog or casual walking - this is also a great retreat. For those who seek a snooze in the sun, a place to sketch, or sink into a good novel - this is it! This location offers the beauty of each morning sunrise AND the joy of daily sunset celebrations (east and west views). We can't wait to return!
