Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC (NVR) appreciates your interest in this beautiful One Bedroom property located in the tranquil and relaxing Sound Front community of Sunset Harbor the Palms in beautiful Navarre Beach, FL. Sunset Harbor the Palms is located on the western low density end of the island - just before entering the National Seashore and is a short walk to the shoreline of the Gulf with beach access located at the end of South Carolina Street.
Please Note: The online calendars for this property may not always accurately reflect the actual availability due to very strong rental demands for this property. Guests are encouraged to confirm availability by calling NVR during Operational Business Hours. Early Reservations are encouraged to obtain the best rental rates and availability.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Property rentals require a minimum Guest age of 25. (Exceptions May Be Considered With Owner Consent).
ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. The allowed occupancy of Palms #2-107 permits a maximum Occupancy by up to 4 persons - this includes small children and infants. Larger properties are also available for larger families and groups - please ask our Reservation team about any of our other amazing properties located in Navarre Beach.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: In order to provide the superior level of cleaning and property maintenance that are hallmarks of NVR, Guests are reminded of the importance in observing arrival and departure times for rental use of this property.
All Guests must formally Register and Check-In prior to entering or taking possession of a property. Registration and Check-In is conducted at NVR's Office located at

Early Arrival or Delayed Departure requests are subject to property availability and requires the written consent of NVR. Early Arrival requests incur a fee of $50. This fee is used for bringing in additional Housekeeping personnel to make the property ready before the standard Check-In time of 4PM Central Standard Time. Guest Checkout is prior to 10AM on the scheduled date of departure.
Please Note: NVR does NOT provide a staffed 24 Hour Check-In facility.
Guest Arrivals after 7PM CST must contact NVR prior to 6PM on the scheduled date of Arrival to make the necessary arrangements for After-Hours access of a Reserved property.
All Arrivals occurring after 7PM Central Standard Time must formally Register and Check-In at the Office of NVR prior to 11AM on the morning following Arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any Guest Cancellation of an established Reservation is classified by NVR as being either: "Excused" -or- "Unexcused". NVR encourages all Guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance Coverage to satisfy applicable charges associated with Guest financial performance arising from the need to make an unforeseen Cancellation of an established and confirmed Reservation.
"Excused" Guest Cancellations are permitted exclusively in instances of:
* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority or Authorized Law Enforcement Official.
* Damage or Destruction to the reserved premises such that renders it unsafe or unsuitable for occupancy.
* Failure of major mechanical features of the Reserved property that cannot be repaired in a timely manner.
* Actions, or lack thereof, of the Property Owner such that interrupts or impedes the lawful and quiet enjoyment of Guest rental use.
"Excused" Guest Cancellations are exempt from any further financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement and are eligible for a refund of the paid Committal Deposit or a prorated refund of any monies paid for unused portions of reserved rental use.
Guest Cancellations for reasons other than those expressly named above or Guest Failure To Appear for a Reservation are classified by NVR as: "Unexcused".
"Unexcused" Guest cancellations remain responsible for the full faithful financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement.
COMMITTAL DEPOSITS: Committal Deposits secure a Guest's reserved rental use of the premises and is collected at the time a Guest executes and returns the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of a Guest's rental use of the property. The Committal Deposit is NOT a refundable Security Damage Deposit waiver. The Committal Deposit for this property is $200.00.
CREDIT CARDS: Guest use of an accepted Credit or Debit card for making payment of the Outstanding Reservation Balance remains subject to additional fees associated with card processing. NVR absorbs the cost of processing the payment of the required Committal Deposit and encourages Guests to avoid additional expense associated with card use by making payment of the Outstanding Reservation Balance using one of the following forms of Certified Funds: Cashier's Checks drawn from a US Banking Institution, Money Orders or US Currency.
PAYMENT: Payment of the Outstanding Balance is due at the time of Check-In and must be made with certified funds. Payment of all costs associated with Guest rental use of the property is required prior to Guest entering or taking possession of the property.
PETS: No Pet animal is permitted. Community Association Rules preclude Guests from having a pet animal present in the community. Guest violation of the No Pet Policy will result in the immediate termination of allowed Guest occupancy of the property and Guests' forfeiture of all monies paid for the reserved rental use. Additional financial charges made necessary for pet remediation efforts, property repairs or replacements, or Fines - if any - levied by a Homeowner's Association will be billed to Guest's Credit Card.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: It is the policy and practice of NVR to notify all Guests of the need to substitute comparable or superior accommodations if such need is known at least 24 hours prior to Guest arrival. NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.
RENTAL RATES: An Instant Rate Quote Feature is available by clicking the Instant Rate Quote Button located above on the right hand side of this listing. During periods of Peak Rental Demand all reservations for this property are maintained on a reservation cycle of Saturday-Saturday. The most favorable rental rates for Non-Peak periods of time are for weekly Reservations that are Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted inside this property. Violation of this provision will result in the immediate termination and allowed occupancy of the property. Guest violation of the No Smoking provision of the Short Term Rental Agreement for this property will result in Guest's forfeiture of all monies paid.
