Our lovely waterfront home has a western exposure for beautiful sunsets. We live in the home ourselves from Jan-May and rent it out from May-December. You will enjoy relaxing in our large screened lanai with heated pool and spa and watching the manatees frolic in the bay.
Our home has a private dock with 170' on the water for fishing or boating. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bath. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The home is luxuriously furnished.
We're located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and if total rest and relaxation is what you're looking for, you can find it here.
We have direct access to the gulf and so you can boat out to the Marco River in a few minutes and enjoy fishing or going island hopping and walking the beautiful gulf beaches collecting shells.

We spent 8 wonderful days at this beautiful home. The house is very clean, spacious and one you will feel comfortable in as soon as you arrive. If you looking for a pool with plenty of sun, this is the pool for you! The home has everything you would need, although when we are on vacation, we do not cook dinner they have everything you would need! Best of all, Pat and Bob were great to work with! If we had a question we either emailed or called and they had an answer immediately! Thank you Pat & Bob for letting us share your beautiful home! One more thing, being proud grandparents ourselves, we loved the personal touch of displaying pictures of your family around your home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you for the use of your home. It was perfect for us! We spent our mornings to mid-afternoon at the beach then came back here and spent the rest of the day in the pool. Our kids are 4 and 10 so most of our vacation was spent in the water! Right before we left on our last day we looked out one last time and saw a dolphin swim right by your dock. Thanks again. Your home is so inviting and comfy. We loved how everything is SO Florida, the fish, seabirds, shells. We spent many early mornings, late afternoons and evenings in the pool & spa. We loved your house! It really made for a nice & relaxing vacation here in Marco Island. Beats staying in a hotel for a week! Home away from home. About the owner: We always loved Florida and had many memorable vacations with our children when they were small. Living on a lake in northern Illinois we enjoyed all the winter sports there but the lure of warm Florida sunshine brought us to wishing for our own Florida home. We wanted an area that was warm throughout the year and on the water since we love boating. We enjoy living in our Marco Island home for at part of the year and renting it out when we are not here. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We searched the area and found Marco Island to have everything we wished for. Beautiful white sand beaches where one can walk for miles and collect exotic seashells, a warm climate all of the year, great boating opportunities, shopping and restaurants nearby and friendly people. We found our beautiful waterfront home and built a pool and spa for extra enjoyment.
