The large sunny living room is perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to accommodate six to eight people in the dining area. The living room and bedrooms feature new carpet. Both bathrooms have been updated. The backyard is large and fenced.
The home is equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room. There is a video library available for your use. The patio has a fireplace and is a perfect area to enjoy outdoor family barbeques.
Each bedroom is nicely decorated and has large closets. Two bedrooms contain queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa as well as a futon.
Nearby attractions include golf, shopping, wineries, dunes, surfing, Pismo pier, restaurants, and everything the Central Coast has to offer. Attention: Snowbirds welcome!

We are leaving this adorable vacation rental today and we are all so sad to be leaving! We found this to be a perfect location and size for our family. We are a family of 2 parents and 3 teenagers and never felt crowded in this three bedroom home. Although not right on the ocean you have an ocean view from the front yard and everything we wanted to do was a short drive or bike ride away. You can drive your car right onto Grover Beach for only $5 a day and it is convenient to not have to lug your stuff down to the beach and back. We went to Hearst Castle & elephant seals(1 hr away), ATV riding (5 min.), kayaking (10 min.), shopping at the outlet mall (5 min.), farmer's market and street fair in SLO (15 min.), and we visited all of the five beach cities (5-8 min.). The house is a little older but very well maintained and appears to have been recently updated & remodeled. It was extremely clean and well furnished. The only thing we needed to buy was food, firewood and charcoal. There is a fireplace in the backyard that was fun for smores and we used the charcoal grill a couple of times. We think that for the price this is definitely the way to go! We hope to make this an annual tradition.
