Welcome to Cute and Chic Fairhope Cottage! This is a two bedroom/two bath cottage (1300+ square feet) that is truly comfortable and charming!! The kitchen and family room are open and airy plus there is an additional sun room/den. There is a laundry room/storage room also.
The location is great! You can walk to Mobile Bay or to downtown Fairhope! This cottage is newly renovated with new paint, new carpet, refinished hardwood floors; new tile in baths and laundry room; new kitchen with new countertops, new stove-oven, new dishwasher, new disposal, new full-size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, new sink and faucets and much more. The two full bathrooms have been totally updated too! New matresses are comfortabe. Very nice linens are provided.
There are 4 new televisions (one in each bedroom, one in the family room and one in the sun room.) Upgraded cable service is provided. Telephone service and high speed DSL internet service is provided also! Enjoy the new deck underneath the oak trees, sit on the front porch or take a walk down to Mobile Bay. Extremely qualified personnel for catering, cleaning and babysitting if needed! Call with any questions or needs.
