The condo was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool were impeccable; view of the golf course was stunning! We were shuttled daily by the condo manager free of charge to the Grand Mayan, for the use of the pools and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

You can rent this luxury and clean condo for your family and even share it with your friends! We spent two Christmas Holidays here and we were soooo happy! The kids (and us!) spent their time in the water park, lazy river and/or wave pool (with a gigantic slide!) I can tell you we ALL slept well every night! When they were at the kids club, we took some free relaxing time at the gym and/or the spa (you have a free access to the Grand Maya Spa) and there... it was just a DREAM!... Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna, hammam,... and even a 'couple-massage' that we had to pay but really... it`s the holidays!:-) After relaxing we were ready for a Margarita or a Pina Colada with a guacamole, thanks to the Grand Maya they are offering food service on the beach or close to their pools! Everything was super good, the burger was very fresh and tasty and we celebrated the end of our holidays by having an International brunch-breakfast with salmon and champagne and fresh fruits juices and bakeries and so on and so on... We didn`t have time to try the 18 Hole Golf Course but really... we were super busy doing nothing!:-) Our kids said it was their best vacation ever and they are still asking us to come back... what we will do! for sure!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Thank you for sharing your condo with our family. It was perfect for us and our 2 kids. The boys loved the pool, and it was so close to the Grand Mayan. The staff at the condo were amazing.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

If you need a stress-free get-away in a gorgeous setting, look no more. We stayed here in January and had a terrific time. Owner was prompt, accurate and responsive in all her dealings; place was well equipped, clean and very accessible. Added bonus was the view out our deck window, where we could watch the construction of three new golf holes. Shuttle is easy to negotiate and takes you to all the Grand Mayan facilities, including our family's favorite, the lazy river and water slide. Landscaping and plantings are fabulous; nearby restaurants are some of the best in the area. Don't miss Guido's, Victor's, Pipi's, Cheeky Monkey, the River Cafe--and those are only for starters. This town is a gourmand's delight! Take the Pirate Cruise for a fun night and gorgeous sights looking back toward the shore and don't miss the zip line rides--our adult kids loved 'em. Fandango is a great dance show and the Rancho Fiesta was one of the finest nights we've spent anywhere.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent a week in this condo. It is great, very spacious and very clean. I recommend this place and I am looking forward to go back there with my family. The resort offers a lot facilities and both the kids and the parent love it.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband and i live in Palo Alto, Northen California. We have 1 daughter named Maya :) - She is 13 years old. we speak english and french fluently. I understand some spanish. I am a real Estate agent in Palo Alto so I am used to deal with properties and people. Lots of families have stayed in our condo, some even returned many times. We can provide references from past guests.... Canadians, Americans and of course mexicans families...
Why the Owner Chose Grand Mayan:
We love Mexico and we have visited Puerto vallarta every year for the past 18 years. We are hoping to spend some of our retirement in our condo in Nuevo vallarta.

I love staying at the Seibal building because it is quiet, we can sleep in, it has modern facilities with great views & a great pool downstairs. I feel safe there because there is 24 hours security. The property is right on the golf course of the Grand Mayan property and there is a free ride on demand to go & come back to the Resort. You have full access to the Grand Mayan property, pools, childcare, restaurants, gym, spa, juice and sport bars and business center.
You can go to Puerto Vallarta, visit small towns like Buceria and Sayulita and you are 10 minutes away from the airport.
