Our villa, completed in 2007, has everything you could wish for to make all of your holiday dreams come true. Finished to a very luxurious standard, furnished and decorated in a Key West style, it comes with every amenity needed to help you enjoy the fabulous Florida climate and hospitality. Fully air-conditioned, nothing has been left to chance to ensure your perfect holiday stay.

Situated on Florida's beautiful Gulf coast just 90 minutes from Tampa International airport, Blue Jay is only minutes from fabulous beaches and many wonderful restaurants. It's south facing aspect gives all day sunshine on the electrically heated pool, which is surrounded by nature reserve and not overlooked. The lanai, with it's extremely comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue, affords the perfect opportunity for a little 'shade' time.

The house has three large bedrooms, the master enjoying a king bed, TV, double walk-in closet and luxury en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and large closet and shares a bathroom with the third twin bedded bedroom also with TV and large closet. The family room has a beautiful seating area and a state of the art entertainment consul including digital cable TV (includes BBC America and Fox Soccer showing English Premier League - also in Master Bedroom), DVD/VCR, Wifi internet and IPOD docking station. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen connected to a formal dining room, a breakfast nook and bar and a well equipped laundry room. The double electrically operated garage houses two adult bicycles for guest's use.

The plot has been extensively landscaped to reflect it's wonderful situation, using it's close proximity to the nature reserve to enhance the truly stunning vista and peaceful atmosphere.
