This property lies amidst olive groves boasting a spectacular view of the Valdarno Valley and is at the door to the Chianti in Cavriglia. An ideal place for relaxing and/or enjoying country walks while delighting in the flora and fauna of Tuscany and a perfect starting point for daily drives to nearby Siena 35km, Florence 45km, and Arezzo 35km, or for a shopping spree to the factory outlets of Gucci, Prada, Dolce and Gabbana. Fendi and IVV Glassware in very close proximity.
Your private apartment enters from a large private stoned terrace where you have outdoor tables and chairs reserved for your use, into the kitchen with cozy fireplace and a dining area. From this room there is access to one large bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, (sleeping 1-4),a seperate modern bathroom with a shower and another bedroom with queen sized bed (sleeping 1-2) and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. It is possible to access the terrace from this room directly.
The apartment is equipped with the simple necessities for cooking, including a double gas stove and refrigerator. All bed, kitchen and bath linens are provided and changed on a weekly basis. These non-smoking apartments are normally rented on a weekly basis, but we are flexible and will try to accommodate you as you need.
The apartments are easily reachable and luggage can be unloaded very close to the entrance of the apartment. The nearest grocery store is four minutes away in Cavriglia and larger purchases including clothing can be made in nearby Montevarchi, a ten minute drive.

You can just spend hours taking in the breathtaking view and enjoying a glass of Chianti on the terrace.

Vielen Dank fuer die schoenen sonnigen Tage in der Toskana und speziell bei Euch! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und unseren Stressige Alltag schnell vergessen. Besonderen Dank an Silvano der am ersten Morgen unsere Aussicht ins Tal noch erweiterte (Olivenbaum zuruckgeschnitten hat). Ein weiteres Highlight war das essen im Restaurant bei Euch in der naehe.
