This beautifully furnished, two bedroom, two bath, 5th floor, Gulf-Front Condominium is truly a gem. Recently decorated with new carpeting and furniture. Sweeping view of entire Crescent Beach from sun porch and Gulf facing windows.
Midnight Cove is located on beautiful Siesta Key Beach, Florida. The fishing and boating in the area is world-renown. Nearby legendary golf courses, tennis, upscale shops, and superior dining make it the perfect vacation. Access to tasty food, stores and boutiques, tennis, swimming, and of the course the beach is only minutes away. Many things are within walking or biking distance.
The crystal quartz white sand beach is unique in the world and has been voted by Travel Channel as "America's Best Beach 2003" and rated number 2 on both the 2009 and 2010 editions of the annual Dr. Beach list of best beaches in the US. Here is what the Travel Channel had to say about Siesta Key's Beaches: "Relaxing is easy on Siesta Key; sand soft and white as sugar, brilliant sunshine and azure waters abound. But be prepared - with so much to see and do, it's almost impossible to lie idle on this island!"
The floor plan of this condo is open and bright. The massive kitchen is sunny and clean. All tableware is supplied, as well as a selection of pots and pans to prepare meals. The living room includes a large TV with Satellite television. The couch can be folded out to create a double size bed, and extra pillows and blankets are supplied. The bedrooms are large and have ample storage for your luggage. Each bedroom also has a television. A large screened-in sun-porch with sweeping views of the Gulf and beach offers a great gathering space for family and friends. The fold-up bar with stools is a great place to sit and watch the sun set or just relax. Don't worry about the weather, sliding glass doors can be closed so you may enjoy the view rain or shine or in hot and cool weather.
We offer everything from a one week minimum to seasonal stays of several months. Our condo is on the 5th floor of a 7 story building facing the pool and Gulf. In-room laundry for your added convenience. The building complex has been recently renovated with a new lobby, foyer and parking lot and has year round professional maintenance.

The view at sunset! The fifth floor view of the Gulf is spectacular at sunset. A glass of wine on the screened in porch at sunset is a time honored family tradition.

My wife and brother/sister inlaw stayed in this unit for week in Feb. 2011. Most relaxing vacation any of us have ever taken. Wonderful beach, close to shopping, great places to eat and entertainment. Owners were great to work with. Highly recommend and will be going back as soon as we can!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

This is an amazing unit. I have been renting from Midnight Cove for the last 18 years and this is the best unit I have ever stayed in. The views are spectacular, the decor is very Floridian and the location is A1. The owners are great to deal with and are very appreciative of your business. There should be no question as to if you should rent this unit as you have the sincere endorsement of someone who has rented at Midnight Cove 19 times. My 25th Anniversary trip is already booked for 2012!!!!!!!!

We just booked our 2010 family vacation to this condo. This will be our second straight year and 3rd time overall in this unit. A wonderful place, lots of space, new furniture, awesome deck, close to everything, fantastic pool, Not a thing we do not like. That is why we keep coming back to this unit!!
