3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lakefront cottage with private pier and floating dock. Cottage is located on a great cove perfect for water-skiing, tubing or fishing. Great sitting area on our 10' X 24' pier with 16' x 20' floating dock.
Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs includes microwave, coffee maker and toaster, or use the gas and/or charcoal grills to cook. Washer and Dryer are also included for your convenience. Master bedroom has wonderful Queen size bed with attached full bathroom; TV set also provided in master. Second bedroom has a queen size bed ; 3rd bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with a double bed on bottom and a single on top. Living room has full size couch, love seat and chair setup with cable tv with DVD and VCR for your entertainment.
Cottage is also equipped with Broadband internet connection, so bring your laptop computer if you need to work or stay connected.
Relax in attached sunroom as you drink your coffee and and watch the lake wildlife outside your windows. Flat yard allows for games and activities as part of your cookout. Dock can accommodate two boats comfortably and you can use the private community boat ramp located just down the street to launch your boat; cove is ideal for watersports and fishing. If you don't have your own boat, rentals are available at nearby marina.
