UPPER CLASS condo with private beach club. This complex has 2 outdoor pools (including a lazy river) and 1 heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and a sauna. A great workout/fitness room with a kids game room in sight. This condo is new and just put on the rental program so it is in excellent condition. The furnishings are very contemporary and first quality.
The living room has a plasma television with a DVD player. The master bedroom has television with DVD player. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a plasma television and DVD player and hook ups for kids games. The view of the beach is beautiful from the covered balcony with wicker sofa and chairs for eating outside. The kitchen has granite counter tops with lots of cookware and dishes.
