Loved the place. Just as described in the advertisement. Property was very clean on our arrival. The staff there was great. Will definitely stay in this condo again. Beach chair rental a must for any beach goer!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was exactly as described. The sofa and bed were a tad firm for my taste but everything else was perfect. It was very hard to leave! We will definitely keep this condo in mind for future vacations.

Andrey & Galina, We rented your condo the week of September 12-19. The first morning we watched dolphins from the balcony playing out in the ocean. What a fantastic view. A big thanks for letting our 8 year old pug join us. She enjoyed the balcony as much as we did. We hope to come back soon. Thanks for being so accomadating!

My husband and I stayed at the condo the week of August 21-28, 2009. We loved the view from the 19th floor balcony. When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned yet but after a phone call to the owners it was cleaned immediately. The mattress was on the stiff side in the master. We would definitley stay here again. Excellent owners to deal with.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the keyless entry was great. The furniture was a bit on the stiff side, but that just gave us a reason to get a massage. We really enjoyed our stay and loved how convenient the condo was to everything. We also loved being able to bring our min pin. Thanks so much!

Our stay was great. The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The keyless access was phenominal. We will book this room again in the future. The owners were VERY prompt with our security deposit refund as well. Very happy with our stay.

It was a great pleasure staying at this condo. The place was stunning; very clean with awesome decoration. The views from the 19th floor were breath-taking. My husband and I stayed at your condo the week of May 10, 2009. Our stay was wonderful. The accomodations were exceptional and comfortable. We loved the location as it was very close to Pier Park and farther away from the more populated East end. Thank you for letting us bring our Ocherese, Laci, she loved the balcony which was her favorite place to take a nap. She also loved her daily walks at Pier Park. Our month long stay here was very enjoyable. The view from the 19th floor is breath-taking and the condo very lovely. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. My husband, 2 children, best friend and I stayed at your home on October 11th-18th. The decor was absolutly beautiful!! The kitchen was really nice and had plenty of utensils to cook with. I would however recommend bringing a skillet if you plan on cooking, kinda hard to cook with a wok. My children enjoyed sleeping on your bunk beds they said the mattresses were very comfortable. As for our bed if you have a bad back not a good idea to sleep in the bed, very low to the ground and very firm. But, the bedroom was beautifully decorated! The living room was great, my husband and children enjoyed playing their PS2 on your flat screen tv, and watching movies at night, it was great that their was a dvd player in the living room. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The balcony was one of my favorite places to hang out at in the mornings and at night. I am extremly scared of heights, so I was skeptical of renting something on the 19th floor, but once I got used to it, it was great. Which by the way doesn't take long to get used to when you have a beautiful view like that! In the mornings we saw dolphins and sharks swimming, and at night beautiful sunsets. And, with it being a wide balcony I felt like I had my privacy, no one could see me!! Starbucks and the Skywalk were open for business and it was awesome that we could just walk down and get something to drink. The valet service was also great. Nice that we could just pull up and not worry about finding a place to park. Everyone working at the resort were extremly friendly and really made our vacation wonderful. I had read other reviews where they were complaining about the elevator system, but once you get the hang of it, the elevators aren't that bad. Your beach service was great, Christine would set our chairs and umbrella's up every morning, so all we had to do was walk down to the beach. Having the beach service was a great touch to all the other amenities that you offer!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great and relaxing vacation!!! Thank you for a great time

Beautiful Panama City Beach

We were delighted with the Emerald Beach condo. The owner called twice to see how were enjoying our week.(We have been to the Beach many times and no one has ever called us) The Emerald Beach Wyndam has 3 pools and they are lovely. We were totally satisfied - no complaints - and we will be going back.

Your condo is amazing and located in a great spot! The view from the room is awesome! I saw dolphins, sea turtles, and sting rays throughout the week. I've never seen another place that offered so many amenities. Our stay was much more enjoyable having everything we needed right there. It is a very relaxing place to come home to after a long day of exploring everything Panama City has to offer. The new Pier Park within walking distance was another added bonus! The Condo was nice, well located and convenient to all attractions. The room exceeded my expectations. The Facility and employees were friendly and offered assistance. I would not hesitate to book again. Also, Publix and Walmart are nearby... that was also a plus. The Gulf and the Pool were perfect. Note too that unloading and parking were a breeze. Andrey was an excellent host. Looking forward to Pier Park opening next year. It will be an excellent shopping venue. Best Regards.

This is a beautiful condo in an absolutely splendid facility. Emerald Beach is one of the nicest places on the beach today and will be even nicer when all the amenities are completed. The owner is great to work with as is the cleaning staff. The condo is perfect for a romantic get-away for two. The view from the 19th floor is spectacular and the TV in the living room is enormous!

Comment Text: Getting away from freezing Toledo was a relief coming to Panama City, especially your condo that we stayed at which was a warm, luxury and comfortable place. The condo was clean and organized.. Everything was right by your side and not difficult to use or find, it made everything easier. Finding the board games was very convenient and helpful on days where we wanted to relax and have a cozy evening. It was very useful to find brochures and maps of buildings and important structures in Panama City that would lead us too having a better vacation. The condo itself was a fun opportunity and we didn’t regret coming at all. Me and my husband had an exciting stay that brought us closer. This condo is suitable for all people including romantic couples or families with children. We had a very interesting and amazing time here in Emerald Beach Resort. We recommend a great stay here for a relaxing, quiet and unforgettable vacation. Thank you Galina and Andrey for making our vacation a special one. We defiantly hope to come and visit again.
