Why the Owner Chose East Jordan
It is a quiet relaxed community on the South Arm of Lake Chalevoix, where the water is warmer and calmer. This part of the lake is always calm enough so the little kids can swim, usually smooth enough to water ski, but still large enough for some exciting sailing. The Jordan river also adds canoeing the watersports menu. On top of that the unhindered access to Lake Michigan, means the world is at our doorstep. The condo is walking distance to the tennis courts, local ball diamond, ice cream and chicken joint, and the kids can't get into to much trouble around here.

Fred works in the I.T. and fine woodworking fields. LaDene is a 1st grade teacher for a public school system. We enjoy music, sailing, and about anything to do with H20.

A beautiful condo!

We stayed at Fred and LaDene's condo with our two little boys and teenage cousin last summer. Everything was wonderful! It was so clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to be able to do laundry. The flat screen TV and DVD player were nice to have in the evenings. Fortunately the weather was great and we were able to enjoy the lake almost every day! We hope to stay there again sometime this summer.
