This property is awesome!! It is extremely close to the beach, restaurants, stores and entertainment! It is very clean, fully updated and was the perfect size for 6 of us. The owner and property manager are extremely easy to deal with and get in touch with. I will be recommending this condo to everyone I know and we will definitely be staying here again when we make our way back down there. Thank you Bob for having such a wonderful place for family vacations!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

These pictures and descriptions don't do this condo justice. Everything is recently updated and it was very clean. I would highly suggest it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in South Padre.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It is only a short distance from the beach. The condo is spacious and close to everything. The only problems we encountered were a plugged up sink which was taken care of immediately, and no light in the master shower. The light bulb was not replaced. The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The washer worked well but the dryer was not very efficient. I also agree that internet services would be a plus. Overall our vacation stay was very good. I would recommend this place to my friends and relatives.
Owner response:Thank you Maggie for your feedback on your short stay at our condo. We were unaware of the issue with the master shower light. Will have maintenance resolve. In order to keep my rates down so that families can enjoy an affordable vacation during these tough economic times, I do not have internet access at our condo as it is expensive and unreliable. I do provide a listing of local wifi available locations in the front section of the condo's welcome book.

The condo was big, spacious and comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend the condo to anyone. It is central to all activities and great restaurants. Thumbs up all the way.
