  Mr. Heisler we had a wonderful time and stay at your condo! One day we were at the beach. my 3 yr old, the one diagnosed with leukemia, was stung by a bee. We rushed back to the condo as I spoke to his oncologist on the phone. The doctor instructed us and within a couple of hours he was all better and taking a nap from all the crying he had done. The location of the condo was excellent during our little emergency, Not to mention how comfortable and nice our stay was. Again, we enjoyed ourselves , thanks!

  My family and I decided to take a last minute mini-vacation before school started back up. I'm so happy this condo was available. It's better than the photos can describe... super clean, well-decorated, and well-equipped. We enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, which was where we spent most of our short little vacation. We all left wishing we could have stayed longer! I hope this place will be available when we return to South Padre. Thanks for a great stay! -Clare

  This property is awesome!! It is extremely close to the beach, restaurants, stores and entertainment! It is very clean, fully updated and was the perfect size for 6 of us. The owner and property manager are extremely easy to deal with and get in touch with. I will be recommending this condo to everyone I know and we will definitely be staying here again when we make our way back down there. Thank you Bob for having such a wonderful place for family vacations!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  These pictures and descriptions don't do this condo justice. Everything is recently updated and it was very clean. I would highly suggest it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in South Padre.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We enjoyed our stay in this property. It is only a short distance from the beach. The condo is spacious and close to everything. The only problems we encountered were a plugged up sink which was taken care of immediately, and no light in the master shower. The light bulb was not replaced. The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The washer worked well but the dryer was not very efficient. I also agree that internet services would be a plus. Overall our vacation stay was very good. I would recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

  Owner response: Thank you Maggie for your feedback on your short stay at our condo. We were unaware of the issue with the master shower light. Will have maintenance resolve. In order to keep my rates down so that families can enjoy an affordable vacation during these tough economic times, I do not have internet access at our condo as it is expensive and unreliable. I do provide a listing of local wifi available locations in the front section of the condo's welcome book. I have added internet service as of the fall of 2011.

  The condo was big, spacious and comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend the condo to anyone. It is central to all activities and great restaurants. Thumbs up all the way.

  The property provided us with the feel of a home rather than a hotel. Great for the short or long stays. Very close to everything. ** Does need internet access with todays communication needs**. Very satisfied and will continue to use the facility in the future.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  Owner response: Internet service was added in the fall of 2011.
