This 2 bedroom, 2bathroom ground floor unit will let you enjoy the stunning views over the Pacific from your private lanai in the master bedroom. While the 1st bedroom features a king size bed and private bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed that can comfortably accommodate your guests. You can also entertain in your furnished living room and dining room area complete with a view and access from the second lanai to the John Trent Jones Jr. golf course 9th fairway. If you are not trying your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen, you can walk to the conveniently located Waikoloa Village which offers numerous restaurants, specialty shops and a supermarket where you will find your everyday needs from fresh bakery products to delicious sushi selections. You will also find additional excellent choices of highly rated restaurants and boutiques five miles down the road in the popular Waikoloa Beach Resort and the Kings shops. From the Waikoloa Village, enjoy a scenic 10 minute drive and experience the beauty of the spectacular beaches like the Hapuna Beach State Park which is the largest white sand beach on the island,; the South Kohala Resort area that offers body surfing and snorkeling; the Kua Bay for great surf; and the Anaeho’omalu or A Bay at the Waikoloa Resort.
