Decisions. Decisions. Decisions. Well, this home will make your decision a lot easier. You see the owner is an alchemist and has anticipated your every need and desire.
Consider this: The home is on the 14th fairway of the legendary De Anza golf course and looks West to Indian Head Mountain and to incredible sunsets. You will also have a nice view of the latest golfing fashions and the latest models of golf carts. You can even play golf. Perfect.
Then, of course, there is the pool...sparkling, inviting and surrounded by a patio with plenty of classy lounging and sunning chairs and umbrellas and tables. A perfect place.
And then off the living room there is a large screened porch furnished with a bar and chairs for evening libations and for dining. Perfect.
Inside, there is a beautiful living room with an enormous native rock wood burning fireplace and a very special sectional and chairs and armoire. The living room is open to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet cook. Really special, really cozy, really perfect.
The large master bedroom has doors to the patio and pool and a masterful bathroom with two sinks. The second master suite also has a large bathroom. The furnishings are all about comfort and sleeping in, maybe for days.
Now for the surprise. If needed, there is another entire section of the house which can be opened for larger groups. This has another kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and doors opening to the patio and pool. Of course, the price is adjusted accordingly but you were after the perfect home, weren't you?
So there you are...in Borrego Springs, surrounded by the awesome Anza Borrego Desert State Park,

Why the Owner Chose Borrego Springs
Borrego Springs is a quaint desert resort town surrounded by over 650,000 acres of the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park - the largest state park in the contiguous United States. Part of the Colorado Desert, the park boasts miles of hiking and biking trails, wilderness areas, and a variety of wildlife species including golden eagles, mule deer and big horn sheep. The desert scenery shifts from eroded badlands at near sea-level to piñion-juniper woodlands; vibrant spring wildflowers to lush oases and palm groves; and craggy
mountains that rush to sweeping vistas.
Borrego Springs is rich in history. Native Americans inhabited the area for more than 6000 years, leaving pictographs and artifacts. In 1774, Juan Baptista de Anza led his expedition from Mexico through the Borrego Basin seeking an overland route to California. This area was also the southern route to the California Gold Rush. In the 1900s the area was used for cattle and alfalfa and today, the main crops are citrus--including the famous Borrego pink grapefruit.
With dramatic sunrises and sunsets, starry desert nights and a full array of activities-to relaxing poolside, Borrego Springs is the perfect place to rejuvenate and get a way from it all.
