We love it, and we want a family to share this wonderful country home with us.
Hike in the woods, fish or learn to fish, raft the Delaware, go to a concert at the Bethel Performing Arts Center, play the slots in Monticello, attend avante-garde performances at NaCl Performing Arts Center, tour Revolutionary War battle sites, downhill ski, watch eagles fly, eat in a great French restaurant.
In short, enjoy the Catskills. Almost anything you want, it's nearby. Or, just chill in the Adirondack chair on the front porch, or the screened in comfort of the back porch. Hang out in the Solarium and read a book. Your kids will enjoy the tree house, swings and monkey bars. After a full day, light a fire, cook to your heart's content in our newly and (may we say?) beautifully remodeled kitchen. The house is newly repainted.
Rental is for three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main and upper floors. There is a childrens' sleep and play area on the lower level with a bunk bed, captain's bed and a half bath--- their toys are included!
Our children want you to know there are beavers in a pond just below the house (we've spent hours watching them), and great birdwatching abounds. (You might even catch a glimpse of our resident Pileated Woodpecker!)

Basic Rate .. $1300/week, $100 cleaning fee, plus $500 security deposit.
Monthly-- $4,500, plus cleaning fee and security deposit.
