The flat (sq.mt. 50) has a lovely garden (sq.mt.50), consists of a hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a dining/living room with a double sofa bed/table/library, a separeted kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Even if the flat is close to a shopping area that provides you with supermarkets and shops of any kind, the area is very quiet, alongside the park of Villa Veschi. Well connected to the historical center by bus and underground (station is at 300 mt.):
