Kihei Alii Kai is located in South Kihei, Maui.  (2387 South Kihei Road, Building A second floor)  Perfect for two, sleeps four. Outstanding Location.  Best beaches and weather in Maui.  Easy one-block walk to Kamaole I beach, shopping, and restaurants.  The beach is 2/3’s mile of flat white sand.  Two groceries stores, postal, small shops, and boutiques abound.  Within three blocks there are many fine dining opportunities (Greek, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, fast food, Denny’s, Quizno’s, and Pizza Hut) to name just a few. Close to services, hair/nail/skincare salons, message, and medical care.  (So close, you wouldn't need a car.  But if upper end shopping is what you wish, Wailea shops are only 10 minutes away with easy access to Bus services. Recently remodeled with new carpet,appliances, granite counter tops, cabinets, and a new Washer and Dryer. Newly installed bamboo wall surface and mirrors.

  • We stayed in Geri's condo at the end of April after my friend and I made a last minute decision to go to Maui. Thank you to Geri for being able to accomodate us on such short notice. It was a great condo, in a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc. It is wonderfully appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, to books about Maui (ie. Maui for Dummies) to an internet connection. Loved having extra beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs - it is so nice to not have to either haul them over to the island with us or buy them when we were there. Looking forward to coming back! Oh - we learned on the last day, that there was much more parking on the other side of the building!

  • This is a really lovely condo, beautifully and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. Spacious and comfortable with a large lanai. We have been guests in this home several times and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It is an absolute pleasure to keep in touch with the owner every year. Wonderful location and the condo property and facilities are safe and extremely well maintained.

  • What a WONDERFUL condo. It was absolutely charming. We had a lovely time. The owner is such a sweet and kind person. Every corner of the condo has a thoughtful, personal touch. The mattress is VERY comfortable and the living room is also very cozy. I was sad to come back to my drab kitchen after that beautiful one. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone.
