  Thanks again for renting your condo to us. It is very clean and comfortable and exactly as listed. We will recommend it to any friends or family. The location of the unit was also great as it receives the perfect amount of wind that we didn't have to use the A/C unit once. This was our third time staying in this complex and it is always wonderful. The beach is so close along with many places to eat; all within close proximity to walk to everything you could need. The property staff are very friendly and we find it quiet and relaxing with great amenities.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Great location, 5min. walk to the beach (beaches). Close to good restaurants and bars. Great coffee and bagels at Cafe @ La Plage. The condo is nice and very clean, great balcony, close to the pool and BBQ's. Unit is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you will need. Lanai looks out toward Kam 1 beach.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

  This condo was great!! It met our needs perfectly. It was the first time we had stayed in Maui although we are seasoned travelers. The condo was well situated to the beach and to all the amenity's. The interior was well decorated and well equipped for all of our needs.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  My sister, cousin, and I visited Maui July1, 2010 for a little over a week and stayed at Geri's condo. We were so pleased with the rental! The pictures are very accurate, there was more than enough room for the 3 of us and the beach was less than a minutes walk away! It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items/towels/beach towels, etc. The lanai was perfect--didn't get much sun so we loved having breakfast out on it and getting a break from the sun sitting there. The pool was really nice too--good amount of sun & shade and it looked like it was impeccably maintained. We felt right at home and honestly didn't want to leave! Geri was great to work with too. Kam 1 is a great swimming beach--clear water and the beach was just busy enough--on the last day I saw 2 sea lions right at the shore. On your way to the beach, Cafe LaPlage was right there for breakfast or lunch, yummy Hawaiian shave ice in the next plaza over, and we also liked Da Kitchen (within walking distance). There is also a great shopping plaza (Safeway) about 2-3 miles away. We did drive down to Wailea to eat at Humu (in the Grand Wailea), surfed with the Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy in Ka'anapali, and visited Grandmas Coffee House in the Upcountry, so we enjoyed having a rental car (but you could probably get by without one).

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  Aloha Geri Just wanted to drop you a line, we got back on Saturday and had a great time. Your condo was great and we loved it, had no problems and every one we met there was friendly and helpful. We will returning to Maui and hope that we can rent your place again. Thanks you very much

  We stayed in Geri's condo at the end of April after my friend and I made a last minute decision to go to Maui. Thank you to Geri for being able to accomodate us on such short notice. It was a great condo, in a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc. It is wonderfully appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, to books about Maui (ie. Maui for Dummies) to an internet connection. Loved having extra beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs - it is so nice to not have to either haul them over to the island with us or buy them when we were there. Looking forward to coming back! Oh - we learned on the last day, that there was much more parking on the other side of the building!

  This is a really lovely condo, beautifully and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. Spacious and comfortable with a large lanai. We have been guests in this home several times and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It is an absolute pleasure to keep in touch with the owner every year. Wonderful location and the condo property and facilities are safe and extremely well maintained.

  What a WONDERFUL condo. It was absolutely charming. We had a lovely time. The owner is such a sweet and kind person. Every corner of the condo has a thoughtful, personal touch. The mattress is VERY comfortable and the living room is also very cozy. I was sad to come back to my drab kitchen after that beautiful one. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone.
