This cozy three bedroom two bath condo is comfortably furnished for a relaxing mountain getaway. You enter into the living room that has a large Lazyboy sofa and an individual recliner providing ultimate comfort for all. Recline and enjoy the gas river rock fireplace or watch a video or cable TV.
The remodeled kitchen with corian counters and a gas range is fully equipped for culinary adventures. The dining area accommodates six and looks out to a deck with a gas barbecue. Also on the first floor is the large Master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom with steam shower.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, the laundry and another full bath with a Jacuzzi tub. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a trundle bed (two twins). Both bedrooms have 32” LCD televisions with cable channels.
In the summer, you can sit on the front porch overlooking the large front yard and relax with a book or just enjoy the forest view. Just a few minutes walk away is the Clubhouse which offers an outdoor pool in the summer and all year round indoor hot tub and recreation area.
As the complex is only half a block off Lakeshore Blvd. it is an easy five minute walk from the unit to Incline Beach or a ten minute walk to the Hyatt hotel. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people and it is a Non Smoking, No Pets residence. Please come for a relaxing alpine getaway in this comfortable Forest Pines condo!

We were four friends enjoying time together. The condo is in an excellent location to all kinds of activities and very well equipped to prepare meals etc.. There is a lovely swimming pool very close, only make sure to bring your own towels.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

We love this unit in Forest Pines and have stayed there several times. We like the location of the unit (close to the pool and hot tub), the layout (master bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs), and the kitchen and bathrooms in the unit. The kitchen has a nice gas stove and all of the pots, pans, and cooking supplies you need. The unit is very well-maintained and nicely decorated. Also, the proporty owner is very nice and has always responded to my emails very quickly.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
