This fully furnished loft apt is just 1 street over from the quaint Venice walk streets and 4-blocks to Abbott Kinney Blvd. 20 minute walks to Santa Monica’s Main Street for shopping, to the beach or to the Venice canals. 12 minute walk to the new Whole Foods Market on Rose & Lincoln.
We have 2-adult bicycles & 2- children's bikes. Beach towels. The yard with gardens and a pond with Grecian Goddess fountain housing turtles and gold fish offer a lovely place to relax and wind down. We have Wi-Fi, Ipod dock/Stereo and cable with 2-Flat Screen televisions.
