Why the Owner Chose Catalina Foothills
Having grown up in a historical Jossler home in Tucson, coming back to The Old Pueblo meant finding a house where we could be close to the magestic Catalina mountains, but not in a cookie cutter development. Catalina Pueblo has been home to our family for over 20 years and we will be spending our retirement years there. It's a a special place to share with family members as well as friends. Everyone who comes falls in love with the area!
From the fine food emporium, AJ Market, to fine shopping and dining, you'll find many handy stores within walking distance. La Encantada often hosts art events at its many galleries.

We thoroughly enjoyed a three month plus stay at Avenida de Maria, located in a quiet, safe, mature-landscaped area conveniently located to many nature/hiking areas, bike trails, shopping and cultural events. Did we mention the nearby restaurants, grocery store and art galleries?!? The home is spacious and light-filled with comfortable furniture, a lovely fountain and shaded patios. In addition, our dog was easily accommodated and adjusted very well. This vacation rental in Catalina Pueblo is a find!
