If you are looking for a place to stay in or around the Palm Springs area this is the place.
Located in the Desert Princess Country Club in Cathedral City, you are only five minutes from the airport and ten minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The Desert Princess features 27 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, restaurant, gated security, as well as many other wonderful amenities. The villa is located just 50 feet from one of many pools and jacuzzis.
The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. This is not just a big hotel room with a kitchen, it's a 3 bedroom home that you can enjoy while you're visiting Palm Springs. This was once a couple's residence and still has most of the same furniture and appliances that they had. The interior is decorated in a wonderfully fashionable Safari theme. The three bedrooms all have extremely soft queen beds that will make you want to sleep-in every morning. There is plenty of drawer and closet space for the entire family. With cable in all bedrooms, there is a TV/VCR combo that 'floats' between the two guest bedrooms and a wall hung LCD in the master bedroom with it's own DVD and VCR. Two of the three bedrooms have sliding glass doors overlooking the lanai, and the bathrooms are amazing. The guest bath with it's skylight is beautiful, and the master bath with mirrored closets, swan fixtures, and walk-in shower is incredible. There is even a washer and dryer right outside the guest bathroom for your convenience.
The spacious living room and dining room are enhanced by mirrored walls and exquisite decorations. With mood lighting, a panoramic view of the mountains and a pond with a gorgeous fountain right outside the sliding glass door, this living room can be extremely romantic. And the surround-sound (complete with subwoofer), large TV, DVD player, VCR, and wood shades to keep the light out makes this one well-equipped entertainment room. The kitchen is well equipped so you can make as many meals at home as you'd like. Add the large gas grill outside and you won't even need to go out for dinner. . . though Palm Springs has many five-star restaurants.
Of course, the lanai is also furnished to enjoy your lazy days in the desert.

Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City
Good friends of mine bought the villa to live in part time. She and her girls did the deocrating but shortly after they settled in, she contracted cancer. In less than a year, we lost our good friend and her husband and the kids decided the memories were just to vivid and fresh there - they were thrilled when I decided to buy it. To think that a good friend would enjoy what she and the girls had done! That's just cool!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The area is wonderful! Friends ask me all the time if I'm going to move there when I retire. I always say, it's too special for that. I love to visit and never want it to get old! There's so much to do both in the area and the day trips are exceptional. It's so much fun to bring friends and family to the villa and then show the city off and places like Disneyland, The Reagan Library and even Hollywood are so close yet not right on top of us. It's awesome!
Each Thursday evening, the main street in Palm Springs is closed to travel and the vendors come out with all kinds of food, entertainment and art of the area. Something for everyone! A must do if yo
Delicious dining at the top of the mountain - it may be warm at the bottom but take your coat and enjoy a late afternoon ride up to dinner and an evening ride back down the mountain. What views!

I have owned real estate for years, my own businesses, and enjoyed some travel in and out of the country with work and pleasure. I especially enjoy the tropics.
I enjoy seeing others have a good time experiencing things for the first time. Love to bring people to the valley and show them things like the tram to the top of the mountain for dinner, The Palm Springs Follies, all the incredible consignment shopping. It's just fun and see friends have fun!
