The condo is far enough away to get some peace and quiet but close enough to take in all that Orange Beach / Gulf Shores has to offer.
The unit is just 3.5 miles east of the Highway 59 and 182 junction in Gulf shores on Highway 182. The property is 10 minutes or less to amusement parks, restaurants, golf, charter boats, fishing, sailing, para sailing, shopping, movies, tennis, night clubs and more. Then, there is the beach, my favorite. Just pull up a beach chair, pop up the umbrella, look, listen and relax. Wow! If I have to sell you on that, you have never done the beach properly. Pensacola Airport is 35 miles away and Mobile Airport is 67 miles. Jack Edwards is only 6 miles but private planes only there.
Our unit was tiled throughout for 2010. We set up and maintain our unit like a place we would want to stay and now we invite you to come stay at our place.

Why the Owner Chose Romar Beach Condominiums
Orange Beach is great vacation destination and it is close enough to my home that we can drive down for a weekend when we have openings. Paid renters take precedent and the only time we take the property off the market is for maintenance.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our complex is a smaller complex with 48 units. This means that there is plenty of room at the Beach when you are ready for sun and fun.

Owner is fantastic to work with. Condo looks just like the pictures. Very comfortable and homey. On a great part of the beach that is not too crowded. Would definitely refer others and stay there again.

Family of five with kids 10, 9,&5 had a great time. Right on beach next to Hilton garden inn. All romar beach condos have nice view of gulf. Owner Barry is easy to work with. .

My family and I recently stayed in this condo and it was everything we hoped it would be! Rooms were nice and the area was very quiet. Other renters at the location were very friendly, too. We had a very pleasant stay. We liked the pool area, too. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The owner was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions about the condo.

This is a great place to stay at gulf shores. The condo is very close to the beach and only minutes away from everything the area has to offer and was nicely furnished. Lots of room with a very nice view of the ocean. Great family atmosphere and Barry was awesome to work with. Highly recommended.

we love the place the best thing the owner service. the ac was broken i called him he staed in contact with us untel the ac was fixed even do it was a weekend.he even ofer us the spend a night same where if the ac not fixed. keep doing a good services thanks again

WOW! This was my family's 13th year in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We have stayed at a cpl of condos more than once and I have to say this was the best vacation we have ever had there. Barry was wonderful in helping to accomodate us in EVERY way! The condo was clean, tastefully decorated in bright cheerful colors. The balcony was large with nice furniture, plenty of chairs and had a great view. The bedrooms were nice and big and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of drawer and closet space too. The kitchen was well equipped even including a blender. The den was large with plenty of seating and sleeper sofa was extremely comfy for a SS. The pool was clean, the bathrooms and shower by pool are so conveinent. The beach was clean and not crowded and only a few steps from the condo. All in All this was one of the best condos we have stayed in and one of the nicest owners we have dealt with. We hope to go back for many years to come! THANX Barry!

We stayed here earlier in June and it was great. The two bedrooms and two baths worked out great. Clean condo and easy beach and pool access. The bathrooms by the pool was great for the little ones. Great location to restaurants and local attractions. Very easy transaction. Barry is great to work with.

The condo was great. It looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. It is close to everything. We went fishing two days and hung out on the beautiful beach one day. The take out seafood restaurant across the street was great as well. There is also a liquor store in walking distance as well. We had not been to Gulf Shores for about 10 years and could not believe how much it had changed. The Gulf Coast Steamer and Papa Roccas have not changed much, they are still great places to eat.
