This is a true Eastern End Unit, with 3 bedrooms/3 baths at Sunrise Beach Resort. Master Bedroom has sliding glass doors that open up to wrap-around balcony with gulf front views. Huge Great Room has sliding glass doors and views to Gulf Front and Eastern View balcony! Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Eastern gulf views. Unit is on floor #20.
PLEASE NOTE: All of our properties are NO SMOKING and NO PETS resorts. Also, our condos are strictly, exclusively rented to adults and their families. Please do not inquire if the adults in your party are under the age of 25 (age verification will be required prior to rental). Quiet time at all rental properties is from 10pm to 8am. Anyone violating the quiet time by causing disturbances will be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. Management reserves the right to ask guests violating resort rules, or renting under false pretenses, to leave the property, which may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or rental fees.
In the Master Bedroom, relax with the luxurious décor and views, while watching the plasma TV from the comfortable King Bed. Enjoy the true master bath, with separate jetted garden tub and walk-in shower.
Great Room is bright and has an island feel with high end furnishings for your comfort and relaxation. Enjoy the views and large Plasma TV. Plenty of seating, with sofa, loveseat, and 2 swivel chairs. Sofa bed provides extra sleeping.
Dining area has great morning sun and Eastern View. The kitchen features stainless steel GE appliances and granite countertops. The cook can stay in the center of the action in this gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils - even a crock pot!
Both guest rooms feature queen size beds and their own full size bathrooms. Both feature Plasma LCD televisions and DVD players to entertain all your guests. The owner has added custom storage to the closets.
The unit also features a full size laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
This unit has wireless internet service, free premium cable TV, and no charge for local telephone calls.
The resort charges 1.00 per person for wrist bands required for swimming pool access. The resort has 2 pools and 2 hottubs.
We are close to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Popular beach restaurant Sharkey's is 2 doors to the west. Enjoy a luxury unit while in town for the beach, baseball tournaments, or golfing.
Damage to rental unit or removal of any rental unit property will result in deductions from your damage deposit to cover replacement and/or repair cost. Guests with damages exceeding deposit amount are subject to additional charges.
