The description of the pictures claimed a king bed, but to our surprise there was a very uncomfortable queen. The hike to the slopes was long, and the very, very tiny TV didn't even have basic cable. On a positive note, it was nice to have a private jacuzzi.Owner response: I have a new king size bed in the garage. It will be in the unit this week. The cable should be working. I an not sure why it was not. The cable is for the entire building. As far as distance to the slopes it is a ten minute walk or you can use the free door to door shuttle to get you anywhere to the mountain or town.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge. Super clean and spacious and nice location walkable to town and all nearby activities. Mike was extremely responsive and all logistics were very easy. Would definitely return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I crashed here for a few days with my nephew (12 years old) who was in town so I could convince him that someday he should move to Colorado. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, clean and just what we needed. The hot tub was a nice addition. Nothing fancy or special, but definitely a good place to crash in Breck. My husband and I stayed here in late-July for a weekend getaway. The condo was immaculate and the location was hard to beat. Once we figured out how to use the gate to exit the property (it's a little tricky), we very much enjoyed the convenience of walking everywhere. We literally parked the car on Saturday afternoon and didn't drive again until we left on Monday. The condo was comfortable and very roomy. Even though it has only one bedroom, it's large enough to accommodate two couples or a family of four+. The private hot tub was a great perk! Mike, the owner, was incredibly nice and so easy to work with! His management company was also very helpful and accommodating! We'd love to come back this winter with our kids and do some skiing!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
