This is a second floor unit with a balcony overlooking the ocean and Apache Pier. Adjacent Apache Pier offers fishing, music, food, & games. Early risers can watch the sunrise while sitting on the balcony. On-site charcoal grills, swimming pool, kids pool, and lounging deck. Coin operated washer and dryer facility is located on the same floor. This unit is for those who love to be right on the beach. This condominium is also convenient to shopping, dining, entertainment. Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, & Dixie Stampede are close and the new Tanger outlet center and Mall is just minutes away. Outdoor beach bar (Ocean Annie's) is a short walk down the beach. Villa #229 is right down the street (within walking distance) to the Straw Market and Ocean Annie's Beach Bar.
