Use of 2 Kayaks at no charge and Sail with owner on 25 ft cruiser --- Delightfully bright and sunny 2-bedroom cottage in the heart of the Lakes Region - Lake Winnipesaukee. Air conditioned, electric heat (seldom needed) and fireplace. Full kitchen with separate dining room. Huge sundeck plus screened porch. Queen bed in master and 2 single beds in 2nd B/R. Sleeping for up to 6 including 2 in fold-out sofabed.
Need more room? Take both our cottages for $1300 per week. By adding our 1 BR 1 bath cottage, you get an extra private bedroom, an extra bath, a 3/4 kitchen and an extra TV with 200 channels.

Satellite TV with 50 premium movie channels(HBO, Showtime, Encore, etc.) plus approximately 200 other channels. Also, XM radio channels. Wireless computer access. Pets OK.
Swimming and fishing from 50 x 12 foot dock. Also small private sand beach. Docking for boat during certain weeks for additional fee. Free use of 2 kayaks. Also sail with owner on 25 ft cruiser. Weekends (minimum 3 day atay) $450 - plus $125 each additional day
After labor day $700 per week
After labor day $400 weekend (minimum 3 days) Plus $100 added days
