The island with big contrasts has beautiful beaches, big mountains, modern shopping-malls, hotels and casinos but also ancient and colonial architecture, modern shopping avenues with exclusive stores.

There are at least 50 unique and magnificent margarita beaches which are scattered along a 106 miles of coastline! Here you can find a place for rest and contemplation.

THE BUILDING: The 10 storied building has 32 units. Features: 2 swimming pools, Churuata, BBQ and large terraces overlooking the bay.

This is a 2 bed/1 bath (Doble use). It's luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. The unit accommodates up to 4 people and has a private garage and security guard.

FEATURES: Large Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, big refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dinnerware for 6 people and cabinets in fine tropical wood. The unit also has a washer and dryer.
