Convenient fully furnished one bedroom suite beach house (8 houses from Atlantic Ocean with beach access). King Size Bed, twin size futon bed., roll out bed, Over 30 channels T.V. , High speed wireless internet DSL- with your own PC or convenient connect to your lap top, water/electric and trash pick up included in price.
Air conditioning available as required.
The unit contains a bathtub and shower; large vanity,mirror and hair dryer. Ceramic Tile throughout the one bedroom . New appliances included- flat top stove oven, microwave, air freshener unit, large refrigerator, washing machine and solar dryer.
For your enjoyment, there is a courtyard with 10'x10' canopy covering patio table and chairs as well as a barbecue grill. The air conditioning is supplemented by ceiling fans that cool the lodging. There is also and outdoor shower to with hot/cold water when rinsing off after returning from the ocean.
We also include complimentary beach bicycles, ocean/river kayaks and body boards for our guests.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Over 30 Channels TV, DVD Player, DSL internet, wireless available and PC are included.
ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS:
Swimming, surfing, body surfing, shell collecting, walking on the beach and surf cast fishing are all right down the street at beach access. There is also public bayfront pier for fishing and sunset viewing of the Scenic Indian River Lagoon. Also enjoy a town park 2 blocks away for leisure activities- playground, jogging trail, tennis and volleyball.
Library, post office, bank, hardware, pharmacy, gift shops and deli all walking or biking distance. Area is safe and secure by local police/crime watch. Certain times of year loggerhead turtles migrate along the beach and may be viewed. Also, porpoise and whale sightings are common.
Golf Courses are within a 20 minutes drive; the closest is Spessard Holland (designed by Arnold Palmer). Excellent fishing charters to the south at Sebastian Inlet or north at Port Canaveral. There is boat dry dock storage 6 miles south of Melbourne Beach.
Shopping malls are less than 7 miles; outlet malls less that 29 miles at Vero Beach; the quaint antique shopping district is across the causeway in old town Melbourne. Places to eat and drink are abundant to include, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Subway, Fine Dining, Greek, Lebanese, German, French, Thai, Indian, are close by.
Orlando attractions are 1 hour away, Disney World, Epcot, Universal, Sea World and many more. Kennedy Space Center is 45 min to north, Orlando airport 1 hour and Melbourne International Airport is 15 minutes serving Delta and International transport to the Bahamas.

For affordability, cleanliness, convenience, and comfort this was an excellent choice for my stay! Gary was SO HELPFUL with letting me know the best places to eat and with getting us everything we wanted for our stay including renting a surf board to my hubby. The rental was so clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my week. It was great to have the grill and washing machine as well. The neighborhood was so inviting with a lovely walk to the bay and local restaurants and of course the beach just a short walk. I highly recommend this rental for anyone that wants a clean, comfortable, convenient location!

My husband and enjoyed our stay in May so much that we are planning another week this year. The location was perfect. We took strolls on the beach every night. The Melbourne Beach Market is absolutely awesome. We had everything that we needed right there. This is our definite return destination from now on.

My stay at your One Bedroom Suite Beach House has been awesome! I love the Melbourne Beach community. I like the fact that you can walk or bike to just about anywhere you want to go. Got in some good bike rides, golf, and trips to the beach. Re-connecting with fellow Florida Tech college alums and professors. The One Bedroom Suite Beach House is clean and well maintained and has many amenities that contribute to an overall positive experience!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We had a terrific time at your place in January and will be back this summer. Our dog enjoyed the area and the many walks in the family oriented community. We loved being able to walk everywhere from the ocean to the river and the stores and restaurants. Everyone we met was so friendly and the area is just a safe place to vacation.

We had a wonderful time at your place- I wish we could have stayed the entire week but during the 'budget' time in our county fiscal year- it is nearly impossible for me to be able to stay away more than several days at a time. Todd would have loved the great surf that is coming in your direction too. Your place is a wonderful neighborhood- incredible location, and we are so glad to have been able to stay. We really appreciated the cleanliness of your studio, plentiful linens, pet friendliness ( our old dog Tina really enjoyed being the center of attention while on vacation) the beach bikes and other amenities. We hope to come your way again soon, probably the very next chance we get off work-we' d love to buy you a drink a the Sandbar when we can come back.:) Thank you so much for the great vacation. Your studio suite was clean and very comfortable for my three daughters and I. We enjoyed walking to the beach close by and thank you for the use of the beach bicycles and surfing equipment. The PC and WI FI was a life saver for my youngest daughter. It was a home away from home. Thank You.
