This is a first floor unit directly in front of the beach. You will sleep each night to the sound of the waves. The only thing between the apartment and sand is the walking path in front of the apartment.
This is my personal vacation property. I had previously lived in Puerto Rico and needed to relocate due to my work. I travel to Puerto Rico frequently and personally stay in this apartment, perform touch up work, and maintenance.

Why the Owner Chose Isla Verde
This is my personal vacation property. I did not originally intend to rent this property when I purchased it. I had previously lived in Puerto Rico and purchased this as my weekend get away. I chose this location primarily because of the beachfront location. Many apartments claim to be beachfront, but this one actually is. You will only hear the sound of waves and children playing on the beach.
Unfortunately, I needed to relocate due to my work. I still travel to Puerto Rico frequently and personally stay in this apartment. During these trips perform touch up work, and other maintenance on the apartment.
The Unique Benefits of this Studio
In this property you have better beach access than any of the 5-star hotels in the area and close access to all of the bars, casinos, restaurants, and clubs in the most popular tourist area in Puerto Rico.
