This is a two bedroom/two bath Condo with a stupendous view of the beach, the sea oats, and the ocean. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a private bath. There is a queen and a twin in the second bedroom with a full bath in the hallway.
It is a 90 second walk to the beach, over the dunes, into paradise. The beach is usually very quiet and you will find opportunities for shelling, riding waves, and walking (Fort Macon National Park/Museum is walking distance, less than a mile along the beach), or just sitting with a book or a good friend (or both). On most days, you can see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse from the beach.
The Condo deck overlooks the ocean and also the courtyard where each evening there are casual encounters with the residents and vacationers, as families grill out, children play soccer, football and whatever else, and people congregate around the large center deck area. There is a pool and a baby pool in the courtyard as well.
This is our home away from home and so we have made it comfortable for just relaxing and hanging out. Books, magazines, new hardwood and tile floors, and an area carpet make it feel like home. Pretty glassware for your beachy beverages are displayed above the bar. The kitchen has updated appliances (refrigerator, stove) and new tiled counter tops and sink.
Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Beaufort offer ample opportunities for other recreation (fishing, boating, sailing, kayaking, shopping, golfing, the North Carolina Aquarium, and the Maritime Museum etc.) and great restaurants (both casual and fine dining). You will not be bored at Atlantic Beach... No glitter, just relaxed into oblivion.

Owner Description
We are a beach family, displaced to Knoxville, Tennessee by career choices (just kidding - we love Tennessee, too). This property is our home away from home. Our family has been coming to Atlantic Beach since 1981. In 2001, we were graced with the opportunity to purchase the same condo we had rented for 20 years! Lucky us! We welcome you to share in the relaxation of this wonderful beach experience and enjoy the Southern Outer Banks. The residents and guests at Seaspray are a rich community of families who, over the past 30 years, have become some of our dearest friends. We hope you enjoy your stay and feel welcomed by the Seaspray family.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our beach motto is Keep It Simple -- althought the sign above the door says "Live by the Sun, Love by the Moon" (a gift from a grateful guest). Our unit is designed to make life easy - light, bright furnishings, beautiful artful pieces, and lots of books (from history to poetry to sports and mysteries). We have a stupendous ocean view from the second floor balcony, and a view of the well-manicured Seaspray courtyard as well. Eat dinner on the table on the deck (which accommodates two romantically and four for fun). It doesn't get any better than this.

Overall, this unit is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is a comfortable home away from home. Deb was absolutely wonderful to work with and we had a wonderful stay. WiFi connection was weak all week but there is a new Capaccino Cafe just down Ft. Macon Rd. that has free WiFi. Lots to do in the area. We highly recommend booking a boat trip to Cape Lookout! We saw dolphins, and the wild horses on Shackleford Island - this excusion turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Pack your own lunch and drinks and eat on the banks of the lighthouse. A visit to the Maritime museum in Beaufort is directly across from where you book your charter boat ride out to Cape Lookout too. We also visited New Bern as well as the historic town of Bath and Oriental. Lots of history around this area including Fort Macon and the Aquarium just around the corner which we also enjoyed. This condo is truly a home away from home. Enjoy! A special note of appreciation and thanks to Deb for sharing this quaint, comfortable condo with us.

From the time we walked in this adorable condo til we left, we had an enjoyable stay. The condo was adorable, clean, and well stocked. Deb was a pleasure to speak with and was very helpful in planning our getaway. We look forward to more stays at SeaSpray.

We had a great time at the beach and the condo helped make it enjoyable. It was a simple walk to the beach which we did every day. The condo was exactly as pictured and very restful. The two bathrooms made it easy with two kids who could not wait. We enjoyed finding shells, jumping in the surf and walking the beach. We took the ferry to Schackleford Banks and saw the horses and got more shells. The owner made suggestions of what we might want to see and were very helpful. We will recommend this property and location to all our friend. We hope to come back. Thank you.

My wife and I enjoyed walks on the beach every night, and my daughters played in the ocean, or the pool, every day. The condo was clean and well-equipped, if a little snug. Wi-fi is shaky, but mostly functional. Owners were great, sending us all kinds of handy information on the area's attractions and restaurants (go see the wild horses on Shackelford Island). Only regret was that I didn't bring along my fishing gear -- the surfcasters were doing pretty well! All in all, it was a fabulous week and I hope we get back there some day soon!

We had a wonderful family weekend in this homey condo. We were a short walk to the beach and had a fabulous ocean view from the deck. We greatly enjoyed our Carolina get away! The owners are friendly and easy to work with! 5 stars!!!
