Seychelles Resort recently opened in the Summer of 2006 and is located on the prime east end of Panama City Beach within walking distance to beautiful St. Andrews State Park. Come and enjoy the powder white sand and turquoise blue waters at one of the finest and newest beach resort condominiums on Panama City Beach. Walk past the two beautiful pools and hot tubs directly onto the sand and beautiful waters of the Gulf coast.

This particular condo is one of only a few units in the building with the premium floor plan which offers a 25 foot wide balcony and spectacular ocean views from the den as well as from the master bedroom. Most of the standard units at Seychelles have a 15 foot wide balcony and they have no ocean view or balcony access from the master bedroom. The premium floor plan also offers a second small bedroom as opposed to bunks built into the hallway wall.

The premium units offer a greater level of privacy within the unit. The unit easily accommodates 6 people with its king master bed, twin bed over full bed bunk, and queen-sized sofa sleeper. This unit was purchased in January of 2007 and was beautifully and professionally decorated by Beach Imports of Panama City. It is furnished and decorated in a plush and luxurious West Indies style throughout. Be one of the first to enjoy the spectacular views and the luxurious furnishings that this unit has to offer.

This condo features an ocean-view master suite with it's own private bath and access to the huge 25 foot wide balcony. It is decorated with a Tommy Bahama style bed with matching nightstands, a large matching dresser and mirror, a 20" flatscreen TV with DVD player, and a large tropical plant. The plush king bed is decorated with beautiful bedding and a multitude of luxurious pillows.

The private bath features double sinks, a large mirrored closet, a convenient cushioned bench seat, and hair dryer. The smaller second bedroom features a special order twin over full bunk bed with very nice mattresses as opposed to the standard bunk bed mattress pads. It is appointed with a very nice nightstand with storage as well as an additional storage cabinet and also has a 20" flatscreen TV and DVD player. The second full-bath is conveniently located directly across the hall from the second bedroom.

The den features a beautiful queen-size sofa sleeper, wicker style coffee table, two West Indies style recliners, gorgeous end tables and lamps, West Indies style ceiling fan, lush tropical plants and arrangements, beautiful tropical artwork, and a 32" flatscreen TV with DVD/CD/Recorder. It also includes 4 bar stools and a cozy West Indies style dining table. The special order window treatments in the den and master bedroom were done in a beautiful matching cherry wood finish.

The upgraded kitchen features stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets, as well as high-end blender, toaster, coffee-maker, can-opener, and kitchen accessories (all Cuisinart and KitchenAid). It includes designer dinnerware and top-of-the-line cookware, cutlery, and utensils suitable for a gourmet chef. The unit also features a washroom with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. There are four comfortable beach chairs and a rolling cooler in the unit for use during your stay.

The oversize balcony features a tropical glass-top table which has two cushioned chairs with ottoman's and two beautiful cushioned chaise lounges for total patio relaxation. The huge patio balcony also offers total privacy from other condo guests and the views from this 21st floor balcony are truly amazing. A pair of high-powered binoculars is also provided for you to view the boats and beach scenery from the balcony.

Everything about this condo is high-end and top-of-the-line. It was designed and decorated to offer a vacation in comfort and surrounded in luxurious accomodations. If you decide to stay here you will likely want to return to this condo on your future vacations to the Panama City Beach area. The beach house can be viewed by going to VRBO listing #26340. The 3 bedroom beach house is located within 100 yards of the beach and offers a front courtyard as well as upper and lower patio/deck with water views on the rear of the house. There is ample parking for at least 4 cars and a large boat and the all sand yard features 5 large palm trees and many beautiful tropical plants. What could be better for large groups than a gorgeous condo and a beautiful large beach house a short walk from Seychelles Resort! The beach house is also very affordable and well worth the rental.

  • A well needed trip to the beach and the awesome condo made it the best. Mike did make the arrangements superbly easy and very accomadating. The extra things that are provided really do make the trip a easier. Our 3 grandsons sure enjoyed the binoculars and the huge kite that you were so kind to share with us. The location is the best and walking to the restaurants is really great. We can't wait to return again as soon as possible to the same fabulous place and condo. Thanks Mike

  • This is a great condo, very well decorated and relaxed atmosphere. We spent two months here and opted for an additional week. Leaving was difficult. Mike was excellent to deal with and made our move in and out completely painless. We highly recommend both the condo and the owner. Enjoy - we did!

  • We had a wonderful stay in this awesome condo! It is beautifully decorated (the photos don't do it justice!), and so cozy, comfortable & clean. The owner, Mike, made the entire process so easy...from booking through VRBO, paying via PayPal, we were even able to go straight to the condo and not have to check in off site. The location couldn't be better...on the quiet east end of PCB, yet walking distance to restaurants....don't miss Schooners and Scampys! Having #3 beach chairs and a rolling coller, and the high powered binaculars was really nice! Thanks for the little added touches! The view from the balcony was spectacular...and watching those incredible sunsets make you want to sit and have just one more sip of something cool. The balcony furniture is nice rattan with soft comfy cushions, not the hard cheap plastic stuff! The grounds were nicely landscaped and clean, the pools (there are #2) were never crowded, and the beach was crystal clear and perfect. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your lovely condo....Hope to return soon! Kathy & Mark Rogers

  • WOW! The condo is awesome and is decorated beautifully. Everything's top of the line. However, the best part was the extras - four beach chairs, rolling cooler, binoculars, even an umbrella. We could see sting rays, manta rays and very large fish with the binoculars. Since we didn't have to take all the extras in the car, we had plenty of room for luggage. A necessity with three women on a girls' trip:0) Awesome vacation and great location. If you go you have got to eat at Captain Anderson's and Pompanos. Being next door to Schooners is fantastic too. Best condo on the beach. A++++++++++++

  • WOW! The condo was great and decorated beautifully. Everything was top of the line. However, the best part was all the little extras we had in this unit. Four beach chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella, etc. We didn't have to pack much at all. With three women on a girls' trip that was awesome. It left us more room for luggage:) A+++++++++
