"A Majestic Breeze" is a favorite three bedroom, two-bath cottage located in Maravilla Beachfront Resort. Our family friendly cottage is just a short walk to the dedicated beach access where the sugary sands and emerald green waters await you. The resort offers two pools (one heated), hot tub, clubhouse with exercise room, and tennis courts. Included in your rental is complimentary beach chair service (2 chairs and one umbrella).
"A Majestic Breeze" is just minutes from Silver Sands Outlets, famous seafood restaurants, spectacular golf courses, amusement parks, nightclubs and Baytowne Warf. This cottage comes with everything you need. A fully-equipped kitchen, bbq grill, fenced in back yard, comfy bedrooms, large family room and a two car garage are just a few of the amenities. All you need is a bathing suit and your toothbrush!

This house was JUST perfect for our family reunion. The kids enjoying walking to the beach, hanging out at the pool and meeting new friends. We liked being close to the outlet malls and restaurants. The weather was really nice and the guys enjoyed playing golf. The house had everything we needed...we really liked BBQing in the back yard. We will definately be back next year!

This is our second vacation to this home and we love it. We enjoyed riding scooters down the beach, watching the beautiful Florida views and our weeklong celebration of Moms birthday. This is a great house to enjoy your family and friends with. Thanks Mom, Dad, Chase, Shellie, Kim and my wonderful husband Bubba. You have all made this vacation great. Hopefully we'll get back next year too! Thanks for the great house!

Nicest house we have stayed at in our 6 winters in Destin. Had a wonderful winter here - hatge to return home. Nice large bedrooms, nice patio, and the weather was good. Looking forward to our return here next year!
