Our newly remodeled condo is located on a 23 acre resort within a gated community with 24 hour security. Fiddler's Cove Beach & Racquet Club's central island, unbeatable location, makes it a favorite family destination. And best of all, we are just a very short walk (300 yards) to Hilton Head's widest and loveliest stretch of pristine white sand beach or drive and park in the beach parking area. There you will find public restrooms, a beachwalk and public meter parking. In addition, Fiddler's Cove offers two large pools and a hot tub. Tennis and Racquetball is at your doorstep - AT NO CHARGE! There's ten Har Tru Clay tennis courts and two indoor racquetball courts. Also at your doorstep is access to Hilton Head's extensive bike paths. Bikes can be delivered right to your villa and will be picked up at the end of your stay. Also, as a guest of Fiddler's Cove, you can use all of the facilities at "Players Health & Fitness Club" at NO CHARGE!!Players Club offers: indoor pool, exercise classes, racquetball courts, and weight and cardio equipment. All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. A $300 deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Upon receipt of your deposit check, I will mail you a confirmation letter along with a packet of helpful information; map of the complex, information on things to do, places to see, etc. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to check in. (In your confirmation letter I will note the date that the final payment is due). CANCELLATION POLICY: June thru August - No refunds if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled more than 30 days a $25 processing fee will apply.

The above rates INCLUDE all taxes and cleaning fees.
