Our newly remodeled condo is located on a 23 acre resort within a gated community with 24 hour security. Fiddler's Cove Beach & Racquet Club's central island, unbeatable location, makes it a favorite family destination. And best of all, we are just a very short walk (300 yards) to Hilton Head's widest and loveliest stretch of pristine white sand beach or drive and park in the beach parking area. There you will find public restrooms, a beachwalk and public meter parking. In addition, Fiddler's Cove offers two large pools and a hot tub. The larger pool is heated in March, April and October and is chilled in June, July, and August. The hot tub is open year 'round.
Tennis and Racquetball is at your doorstep - AT NO CHARGE! There's ten (10) Har Tru Clay tennis courts and two indoor racquetball courts. Also, there's Ping Pong, bean bag toss, and a quiet area for reading. Also in the Clubhouse and around the clubhouse pool area is free WiFi and a large screen TV.
At your doorstep is access to Hilton Head's extensive bike paths. Bikes can be delivered right to your villa and will be picked up at the end of your stay.
Also, as a guest of Fiddler's Cove, you can use all of the facilities at "The Center for Health & Fitness" at NO CHARGE!! " - They are conveniently located less than a half mile from Fiddler's Cove - on the corner of Marshland Road & Mathews Drive.
All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
A $300 deposit (which will be applied to the weekly rental) is due within 7 days of booking. Please Note: I do accept PayPal as a payment option. Upon receipt of your deposit, I will mail you a confirmation letter along with a packet of helpful information; map of the complex, information on things to do, places to see, etc. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to check in. (In your confirmation letter I will note the date that the final payment is due).
CANCELLATION POLICY: June thru August - No refunds if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled more than 30 days a $25 processing fee will apply.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we had a great time and looking forward to returning. The accomodations exceeded our expectations. Very convinient, short walk to the beach, close to the tennis courts and pool. The property is very well maintained and the grounds staff was very friendly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The condo was incredibly well-kept and had all of the amenities of a great vacation place. The beach is walking distance and gorgeous. Pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are right next to the condo. Perfect place for a family vacation!

We stayed there in September, 2011, and greatly enjoyed the time. The condo was exactly what we hoped for and Fiddler's Cove is a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing location near the beach! The owners were great to work with, and we enjoyed their hospitality!

Stayed in July of 2010. Great stay! Very CLEAN two bedroom villa with nice kitchen. Easily accessible with no hassle on check in/arrival. Two pools on site that were rarely crowded. 5 minute walk to the beach. I would strongly recommend this unit to any family and friends.
