The building is adjacent to "Millionaires Row" of private homes in Crystal Beach. This Ground floor (2 bedroom, 2 bath unit(may rent Unit 101-A with adjoining doors in living room and kitchen).
Units are perfect for people who don't want to get on the elevator to reach the beach or unload their luggage. Walk out directly onto the Palm Covered deck and into the pristine white sand that has made Destin a world renowned destination.
Benefit from an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and quiet evenings on your private patio. The heated pool is at the other end of the complex and is adjoined by a 20 person hot tub.
On-site security provides access for the gated parking beneath the building for 2 cars per side.
Hassle free check-in is provided at the second floor Property desk with check-in time 3:00 pm CST and check-out time 10:00 am.

Wow...what a great time we had with our children for Spring Break. This is the best place in Destin for our active family. Morning workouts in the gym, followed by a beachside luncheon of grilled grouper kicked off a perfect day. We love having reserved chairs for our stay and the waitress coming by (on the beach) for afternoon cocktails was a bonus! The heated pool was enjoyed by all and the spacious bedrooms provided great accomodations. We loved avoiding the elevators and walking right out to the beach. We will be going back.
