This 1930's bungalow is completely remodeled with all newest amenities. The kitchen is large and pleasant with a dining area. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom and a sunroom/den area for games, puzzles, reading and relaxing just off the living room. This property is large and shaded by a huge black pine tree; it's the perfect spot to enjoy outdoor cooking, relaxing and a game of horseshoes. Lots of room to park your boat after a sunny day on the water or sit outside after a swim at the beach. The property is a short block to a great fishing spot, close to two beaches and town gatherings, including Friday Art Walks, Saturday market days, the annual auto show, truck and van show, fireworks and the casino, restaurants and shopping. Golf carts are available for rental in Colonial Beach and this is a perfect spot for golf cart travel!
The Black Pine will be available for long term rental rates from December 2009 through April 2010.
