This charming Villa offers one bedroom with a queen bed, a brand new queen sleeper sofa, and two adorable bunk beds with built in television/DVD players! There are also bi-fold privacy doors that can create another room for the kids! This Villa has all new pergo hardwood floors, new queen sleeper sofa, new entertainment center and was just beautifully renovated and designer decorated in March 2007! This Villa can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

This first floor unit is just a few steps from parking, and less than 100 yards to the beautiful beach, huge oceanside swimming pool, Tiki bar and tennis courts! There is a private covered deck where the soothing sounds of the ocean are constantly heard. There is also an on-site laundry room just a few steps down the hall.

The gated Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a great Oceanfront complex. Conveniently located mid-island, the 55 acre resort offers tennis on 10 lighted courts, the islands largest oceanfront swimming pool, children's playground, all new fitness center, and a seaside bar and grill with music drinks and snacks.
There are also on-site bike and blade rentals, catch and release fishing ponds, grilling and picnic areas, basketball, shuffleboard, a restaurant, sports bar, and convenience store. From Memorial Day to Labor Day children's activities are offered daily. There is also a brand new family fun center a short walk away!

The DVD player's in the bunkbeds were a big hit! The owners were great to deal with and they made planning the trip a positive experience. I would highly recommend this unit!!!

  • We rented this villa the week of 6/17/07 and couldn't be any happier with our selection. This is an excellent location. Just minutes away from everything! Close enough to attractions on North Beach yet only minutes away from the 278 bypass which takes you to South Beach and Harbor Town. The place is tastefully decorated, nice pool and a very short walk to the beach from the room. The kids loved the bunk beds with their own DVD players overhead. Something I've never seen integrated elsewhere before. The owners of the villa were a joy to work with! And the price? You won't find a better deal on the island!
