Great Condo...Great Price!

We arrived yesterday and found the condo exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. We have stayed at the HHBTR many times before, and this condo is definitely a great place and a great price. Park right in front of your balcony....only 5 or 6 steps up...down the hallway and there you are. Dave and Sandy were so nice and we definitely recommend this unit to others. Also...the balcony was clean as a whitle and just waiting for us to relax outside. The LCD screens in the bunk beds would be fantastic for any family with kids. Ten years ago we were paying more per week for other condos. Try this one.....the Tennessee folks.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Definitely a great price and good location but my husband and I found the "completely renovated" description a bit inaccurate. Basically all the walls (paneling) were painted and new doors and flooring were added but the bathroom/kitchen areas were not redone. Also, the balcony was a major disappointment as we usually spend time on a balcony but this one had dirty carpet and the chairs were all stained. All in all you get what you pay for.

Owner response:Dear James and Linda, I am very sorry that the balcony was dirty. I will inform the cleaning crew. We do have a large palm tree just outside that sheds especially during high winds. There was however, much more done to this condo during the renovation than you give us credit for.The carpet in the entire condo was replaced with expensive laminate hardwood flooring, walls with cheap wallpaper were completely taken out and replaced, all the doors and hardware were replaced, all light fixtures and ceiling fans were replaced, all cabinets were refinished, crown molding was added, all ceilings, walls, trim doors, and bunkbeds were painted, bi-fold doors were added to seperate the bunk bed room from the main room,most furnishings and all wall hangings and decorations are new, and cable was run and TV's were added to the bedroom and bunkbeds.The rates we currenly charge for this condo in an ocean front complex are less what is charged for an inland hotel room and much less than most units in this complex that are not nearly as nice as ours. I am sorry you were disappointed but most of our many guests over the past 3 years have been thrilled and believe they have gotten much more than they have paid for! Thank You, Dave Robins

This is a great condo at a great location. Very quiet part of the island with easy access to both beach, pool, bike rental, etc. The condo was very clean and well furnished. We have two youngsters, 5 and 6, and the DVD's in the bunk beds was the highlight of their trip. Spending a relaxing afternoon in the condo was just as relaxing as the beach or pool, and we watched many a thunderstorm roll in from the private balcony. The well furnished kitchen makes it easy on a budget-conscious family and it is roomy enough to eat dinner and play without feeling cramped. Dave and Sandy are great to work with. The entire process was very friendly and easy. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a stay at Hilton Head.

Our Family rented this condo on May/June 2011. We were impressed to find the condo clean and nicely decorated. Everything was convenient for our needs (Pool, Beach, Laundry, Restaurants, Kids Activities, and Shopping)! We had such a wonderful time that we will definitely rent from Dave and Sandy in 2012. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to stay at your condo!

Our family of five stayed here in August 2010. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and never saw one bug. The TV's in the bunkbeds are great. The unit is really close to the beach walkway. The pool is nice and they have daily activities for kids. We used the fitness center and the kids used the playground. This is a very nice place to stay and the condo owner is great to work with.

We rented the condo end of August 2009. We were very much pleased with it especially for the money we paid. We actually have had decided not to have vacation last summer because of the bad economy but this was such a good deal that we could afford it even in our financial situation! The place is neat, right at the beach and with the kido it was my preference No 1. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

We stayed in this condo in July and loved it. The group of people that were also staying in Building A were all jealous because we had the nicest and newly renovated place. The DVD player's in the bunkbeds were a big hit! The owners were great to deal with and they made planning the trip a positive experience. I would highly recommend this unit!!!

We rented this villa the week of 6/17/07 and couldn't be any happier with our selection. This is an excellent location. Just minutes away from everything! Close enough to attractions on North Beach yet only minutes away from the 278 bypass which takes you to South Beach and Harbor Town. The place is tastefully decorated, nice pool and a very short walk to the beach from the room. The kids loved the bunk beds with their own DVD players overhead. Something I've never seen integrated elsewhere before. The owners of the villa were a joy to work with! And the price? You won't find a better deal on the island!
