In summer you'll want to be an easy stroll from the center of Ketchum, Sun Valley's actual community, where you'll find renowned restaurants, galleries, theaters and shops for which rustic-sophisticated Ketchum/Sun Valley is so well known. In winter, the River Run Shuttle stops nearby on its way to the lifts, arriving at the River Run base in minutes. Or you can drive the half-mile to the lifts and park.
The split-level architecture offers the very latest in design excellence, maximizing views, privacy and exposure to the delightful creek. The great room looks over Trail Creek canopied with cottonwood foliage in the summer and offering bold views of Baldy in the winter. The bedrooms--each with its own bath and its own flat-screen TV and DVD player--are all on separate levels; two face the creek and the mountain and have access to the long decks flanking the stream. The other bedroom makes claim to the kitchen, great room and uppermost treetop and Baldy-view deck. There's a large heated double garage right in the unit--no twisty, tight underground parking and elevators to deal with. The stairs are tiled in slate leading to living areas with smooth hardwood floors coordinated with the alder kitchen accents, big solid-wood doors and window casings. Accent area rugs add color and style to the living areas. Bedrooms feature wall-to-wall carpeting.
The kitchen is a joy with granite, stainless steel, alder cabinetry, pendant lighting over the casual-dining bar, and everything you need, from blender to teapot. And, with the open floor plan, the cooks are part of the great room, arranged around the gas-igniting, wood-burning fireplace and wall-mounted 42-inch TV/DVD etc. The rich wood dining ensemble is set up for six, but expands.
The spacious master bedroom suite with king bed has a large adjacent sitting room with leather sofa sleeper which can be partitioned for privacy by closing double pocket doors. An antiqued armoire closets a flat panel TV and DVD player. Access to the lower deck offers an easy evening hot tub. The bathroom suite features granite counter tops accented with travertine, shoulder depth tub, glass encased shower and walk-in closet with ironing board and iron.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and DVD and its own bath with a roomy glass-enclosed shower lined with slate.
Bedroom Number Three, on top, has twin beds that can be converted to king; its adjacent full bath with roomy glass-enclosed shower also tiled in slate, functions as the powder room.

We stayed for two nights during late December 2012 to get some skiing in while most of the west was lacking snow. The townhome is located right in Ketchum within walking distance of all of the restaurants and nightlife. The unit itself is very roomy and well appointed. all of the rooms are high end. Kitchen was well stocked for doing your own cooking. Nice views of Baldy through the trees. very convenient to the River Run base area. Our family highly recommends this property.

We have been going to Sun Valley for 30 years and have stayed at many different places. This Summer we spent two weeks in this delightful townhouse. It is beautifully furnished in a Western rustic style. The kitchen was well stocked with everything our family needed. We even prepared banana buttermilk pancakes on the grill out on the deck! We enjoyed listening to the creek from the "great room" area between our hikes and bike rides and loved falling asleep to the rhythm of the creek in the evenings. The townhouse is conveniently close to River Run, the bike path and town.

I was blown away with how aesthetically pleasing this residence was. Every floor, room, etc. was so sharp and just decorated so perfectly. It fit the outdoorsy vibe of Sun Valley / Kethcum so well. 6 of us stayed here, and we entertained throughout the weekend. All our guests were blown away by the condo and wished they were staying with us. The location is absolutely perfect ... a 3 minute drive / 10 minute walk to the downtown area. If I make it back to the area I will look for this condo again right away!

My three daughters, son-in-law and I spent five days in your lovely townhome over the Fourth of July weekend. Outstanding location with an easy walk to downtown Ketchum. Very quiet. The floor plan, décor and amenities were excellent. The weather was a welcome break from the heat in Houston. Mountain Lifestyle Properties were helpful in every way before and during the trip. Falling asleep to the sounds of Trail Creek just outside the doors was heaven. I hope we can return one day The Tidwell Family, Texas and Georgia

Very nice accomodations. We enjoyed the whole weekend of the Sun Valley Jazz Festival and this place was close and convenient. The weather was beautiful and the setting spectacular. Quiet, too, as we never heard a peep from the neighbors. I think we'll be back again next year!

My family enjoyed a fabulous week in your townhome last year, during President’s Day Week! What an amazing home, all the amenities and comforts, and walking distance to the center of town in Ketchum! We will definitely be back! One very cool feature is that the home has bedrooms & full bathrooms on all three floors so everyone is “self contained”. And since the home is so new, it’s well insulated so sound doesn’t carry from floor to floor - sleeping in is definitely an option!
