Brand new two bedroom condominium features King Master, Dual Queen Attached Lock-Off with Mini Kitchen (has its own keyed entry off main entry vestibule) and a Queen Murphy Bed in the living room (with Full Private Bath). One bedroom condominium is the same unit without the Lock-Off side. The comples has only 151 rooms so this is not a mega timeshare complex where you fight for pool and beach space.

This complex is located adjacent to the Villa La Estancia and Villa del Palmar. Full use of these facilities is welcomed. Within the complex, there are 4 restaurants with both elegant and casual dining options. The beach is very safe for swimming and there are water sports of all types just steps away. These include water taxis to Lover's Beach across the harbor at Lands End, jet skis, para-sailing, banana boat rides..you can order a drink at the pool or right on the beach.

The town of Cabos San Lucas is just a short taxi or 15 minute walk away. The shopping and restaurant selection will satisfy everyone's taste..
