4 Ever Summer - You will love the privacy, the heated pool, the hot tub, the game room and the views of the ocean, sound, pond and golf course. Curl up with a good book on one of the three levels of decking. Hide up on the 4th floor crows nest with your morning coffee and watch a sunrise. Enjoy the oversized pool and sit under the stars in the hot tub. Gather your family for the bright orange sunset and then watch the deer come out for their dinner.

4 Ever Summer is located in the private part of Section C of Ocean Sands. Just a short walk to the beach. We back up to the 2nd tee box of the Currituck Golf Club, and close to Kilmarlic Golf Club, Sea Scapes Golf Links, Carolina Club, the Pointe Golf Club and Nags Head Golf Links. I won't even mention the shopping, and restaurants.
The top level includes one of the 3 King Masters with its own full bath and private entrance to the top deck. Beside the King Master, the top level has an additional half bath, study nook and large, open, fully stocked kitchen & living area with a fireplace. The eating area seats at least 10 at the table and 3 more at the bar and 6 more in the screened porch which is right off the kitchen.
The second floor includes a full size washer and dryer, 2 more King Masters with their own entrances to the decks and a Queen Master, all with their own full baths. We also have 2 Port a Cribs, 2 High Chairs and 2 Baby Gates. Just so you have a few less things you to pack.
The first floor opens out to the large heated pool and hot tub area and includes a full bath, and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds and one bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed. The game room with foosball also has a pull out couch. Also, on the first floor is a wet bar to include a mini refrigerator for easy access to refreshments by the pool and hot tub. Don't forget we back up to the 2nd tee box of the Currituck Club and are barely two tenths of a mile from the beach access.
Party or relax, watch the golfers, the sunset, go to the beach, jump in the pool or hot tub, shoot some hoops out front and much, much, more. All this without leaving the house. A brand new Harris Teeter is just down the street. You can't miss. There is something for everyone.

Fall is a great time to go to the Outer Banks. The weather is still beautiful and the crowds are gone and the prices drop drastically. It's drastically less crowded and less expensive to play golf. It doesn't get much better than that.
Heating the pool is optional. Management Company charges approxomately $451 to heat the pool.
Add to the rental rate 12.75% for the State & County Taxes and Fees charged by the Management Company.
