Welcome to our newly decorated 1 bedroom efficiency unit, with a beautiful ocean view. We have installed a new air conditioner, new beds, a new rug, a new light and new faucets. All the comforts of home and more!
Sit out on the balcony overlooking the Famous Ocean Annies Beach front bar and listen to the music from many of the great sounding bands. Lay on the beach or by the pool and get a great tan. Swim in the South Carolina ocean, warmed by the gulf stream. Play golf at one of the 100 golf courses in the area.
There are over 1800 restaurants on the Grand Strand. Live entertainment such as the House of Blues, the Palace Theater, the Alabama Theater, Legends in Concert, the Carolina Opry and the Comedy Cabana, are yours to enjoy. Year Purchased: 2006
Nick and Joan Hart live in Saddle Brook NJ and had been going to Myrtle beach with thier children, Joli (now 27) and Patrick(now 24 ) since they were 8 or 9 years old. We love the Jersey shore but the warm ocean water, the warm temperature and the sandy beaches were just the best. Also having so many restaurants, shops and activities to do each day was a plus.
Why the Owner Chose Sands Ocean Club
We like the area so much that we wanted to have the opportunity to come down more than the 1 time in the summer. We also have been able to let family stay for free. I am thinking of retiring here when the time comes.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We just show up, there is no worry about "is the unit available". This location also has it all! Indoor and outdoor pools with jacuzzis. A deck with live music every night during season. A sports lounge with kareoke each night. Two restaurants on site, a small exercise room with a sauna. Computers and internet service. And best of all the beautiful beach, steps from the hotel.
