Our unit has new washer/dryer, cabinets/appliances in the kitchen, new ceiling fans in the bedrooms, along with great views of the sugar sand beach and new outdoor pool from the rear balcony and Kiva Dunes golf course, tennis/basketball courts and Bon Secur Bay from the front porch. There are miles of white sandy beach for you to enjoy and of course, the Gulf of Mexico.

The Plantation is a large, beautifully landscaped, family oriented private complex located on the Gulf, just 12 miles west of the town of Gulf Shores.

The town of Gulf Shores has great shopping, restaurants, mini golf courses, zoo and amusement parks. And, Fort Morgan offers great opportunities to explore and learn the history of the area.

  • This was our second year of reguesting this particular condo. It was such a pleasant stay the first time, we wanted to stay in the same place once again! The accomondation are clean and comfortable. The unit has everything you need from a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer to a flat screen TV in the living room. The weather was wonderful as well as the amnentities of the plantation.

  • Our stay was wonderful. The owner is great to work with and has provided a wealth of information for your stay with a cork board and notes for everything from local entertainment to how to operate to TV. This unit is very nicely decorated and maintained. The washer and dryer in the unit is a stand out feature. The Plantation complex is the best around with activities and amenitites like no other. We will look again next year for this unit.

  • This is a really nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. Very well manintained. We loved all the different pools, especially the indoor pool, since it was cooler than the others. The beach was beautiful and you didn't have to walk far from the boardwalk to find your own quiet spot on the beach. The new coffee/internet hot spot was a hit too.

  • My children and I had a great time!! The condo is clean and comfortable. I can see why it's called "Home Away From Home". The beach was even more beautiful than in the pictures on the website. Whether you want to just relax on the beach or participate in sports and other activities, this is the perfect vacation spot. My kids (14 & 16) each brought a friend, and I actually went an ENTIRE week without hearing. "I'm bored." That's a miracle!! In addition to the condo and the beach being so enjoyable, the owners, Margaret and Frank, are so pleasant to deal with. That's always a big plus!! I will DEFINITELY return in the future. I will also recommend it to all of my friends. This was one of the best vacations I've had in quite a while!!

  • very nice condo, clean well stocked, and very comfortable. the complex is a great place for the whole family. we had a great time and my kids loved having all the pools there to swim and hang out around. as for the beach i was expecting it to be very busy becuase of the size of the complex but i was quit pleased to see they have a very large complex and finding a spot on the beach was no problem. thank you again.

  • We had a very nice stay in this condo. It is clean and comfortable, plus has all the extra amenities like TVs in both bedrooms. We love the Plantation to get away from the crowds. Only a few miles to many, many good restaurants too.

  • Very nice condo!! This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner is a very good communicator and concerned about guests having a nice stay. The Plantation is especially nice if you want to avoid the crowds; however, it is only a short drive away from eating and shopping. There is plenty to do with the pools, tennis, baseketball, golf and of course the beautiful beach!! A+++ We will definitely request this condo for our next trip!! Thanks!!
