We had a wonderful family time celebrating our daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. the home had more space than we originally thought, only 6 stayed here but 4 more joined us for meals and just hanging out The location is wonderful and the space is fantastic, lots of walks on the beach, the outside patio with the glass makes even windy days enjoyable for taking in the views and the sun. With everything provided except food I'm not sure that any rental could be better.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed her for my dad's 50th birthday. There were so many of us that we had to rent another house but during they day everyone hung out at the house and we all fit and had a great time. AMAZING views of the water. The sun room seemed to be the hang out spot. The only downside was the wind but I think that is to be expected in Pismo. All together we had a great time just hanging with the family. The rooms were a good size for a rental and could accomodate a lot of people.

This house comes highly recommended by 13 women who had a great time there! It easily slept all of us and was very, very roomy. The home is nicely decorated and quite lovely, with all the amenities we could have asked for. It is fully stocked and we found lacking in nothing. The glassed in deck with beach access was fabulous! Lots of room and lots of furniture for lounging and morning breakfast. The glass wall does it's job in acting as windbreak and keeping the sand out - but letting the view in. The listing photos depict the place well and the renter's description we found to be accurate - also extremely clean in every aspect. The directions to the house provided were easy to follow and Rainbow Ventures were very helpful in answering all our questions prior to renting. You can have a bonfire on the beach there. Oceano Beach is one of the few beaches left in California where you can still do this anytime. Great marshmallow roasting! There are horse rentals and ATV rentals very close by. The sand there is extremely clean and the dunes are just beautiful for walking. A big thumbs up to this property! Thanks VRBO!
