You will be equiped for a self-sufficient vacation since the house has a full kitchen with all utensils, and comes complete with all bed and bath linens. The house is surrounded on three sides by open fields, so you are assured privacy and a quiet, undisturbed stay. Enjoy quiet evenings on the back patio without a neighbor in sight.

As our guest you will also enjoy complete use of our 2000 feet of frontage on the South Holston River. It is an easy walk across the field right to the river's edge, and great fishing. Bring the family or a group of friends and test your skill against rainbow and brown trout while enjoying a clean, undeveloped river. If boating is more your style, there is a public boat ramp into Boone Lake about 5 minutes from our house.

We are centrally located in the Tri-Cities region of upper East Tennessee. While you are staying in the quiet countryside, you are an easy 20-minute drive from great dining spots, historic sightseeing, shopping and evening entertainment.

Be assured of a clean and modern home! The entire interior was painted in 2004, with new berber carpet in the bedrooms, wood in the living and dining room, and linoleum in the kitchen and den. The fridge and dishwasher are new, and all bedroom furniture is less than three years old.

  • This spacious house was very clean and had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable and at home while we visited our son in Johnson City. We found it convenient to both Bristol and Johnson City. Very peaceful. We'll do it again.
