Free Tram Rides to Baytowne Wharf!
GBR has arranged for free Sandestin tram rides for our guests to Baytowne Wharf & back 7 days a week, 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
We require Saturday to Saturday rentals from March 10 - April 6 and May 26 - Aug 3.

It's a beautifully decorated British West Indies-style condo. It has all NEW furniture, artwork, carpet, drapes, electronics, and granite countertops in the kitchen. We've included many extras rarely found in beach rental condos to make our condo special and more enjoyable for our guests.
It has a large, open floor plan, w/spectacular ocean & beach views.
The condo's balcony is larger than typical, private, & is located in the quietest most private part of the building. We get a breathtaking sunset view most of the year from our balcony. There are not any sand dunes in front of our condo nor any obstructions to hamper the view everyone seeks when they come to the beach to sit back and relax.
There is surround sound and a home theater system in the living room - including a DVD/CD player and courtesy use of the owners CD collection. Every room has a TV and VCR.
We keep games for the kids and entire family in the living room's entertainment center which come in handy in the event of an afternoon rain shower or when everyone has had enough sun for the day and wants to stay in for the night.
The BR has a King-size bed & there's a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room - the condo sleeps 4.
BEACHSIDE TWO Kitchen is fully-equipped with eat-in bar area, granite counter tops, old world style tile floor & a Dining Room ...all the conveniences you would expect are in the condo; Washer & Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice-Maker, Blender, Coffee-maker, Mixer, etc, ect.
FREE access to our condo beach-closet for our guests; courteousy use of our closet items (4 sand chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, sand toys) ... saving you $$$ and valuable car travel space.
Finz Restaurant (a landmark restaurant) is located right next door to our bldg ... the Finz aka Elephant Walk top level is a favorite spot for observing the sunset (& a cocktail if you wish)... restaurant is open to anyone staying at SANDESTIN Resort.
A live Band plays at the Elephant Walk Pool 1-5 PM daily during Summer & most weekends in Spring into the Fall ... the band plays Jimmy Buffet type music suitable for families ... since our condo pool is located side by side with the Elephant Walk pool our guests can listen to the band & swim for FREE (in our pool area) WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY THE RESORT AMENITY FEE. Yet they are only 10-15 feet further away from the band. Plus our restrooms are cleaner & our pool, parking deck, & board walk to/from the beach are gated to prevent people form entering that are not staying in our bldg.
Our Sandestin / BEACHSIDE II condo pool is heated.
